My kid's school were ordering hot lunch from libby's kitchen for months， not only the taste was bad ， the portion is very small and you can't even find meat in a meat dish. stay away from them

We've encountered several disappointing experiences with Libby Kitchen's hot lunch delivery. Each time we reach out to address the issues, they seem unwilling to take responsibility for their food and service. Instead, they often shift the blame to the school for lunch misplacements or to the kids for mistakenly taking the wrong meals—even when there’s no labeled lunch box to be found. Additionally, they’ve suggested that a sour taste in the noodles is expected or that it's normal for food to be a little burnt. We won't be ordering from them again.

I don’t how these good reviews comes from. I ordered their meal box package. It’s just not worthy it. Seriously, I paid $17.5 per box just for these?I paid two weeks before i saw these actual meals, then I asked for refund and stop it. They just refused to refund, and they promised to give me food for each box which they never did.

If you work in the ironwood area, this is a great place to get a lunch or dinner meal. If you have kids going to preschools, kindergartens, elementary schools in Richmond, you could get their delicious hot lunch meals too.

I work in the area and tried their beef fried noodles. Good price and it was very delicious. I would say its the best chinese food in the Ironwood area. I highly recommend you to try it out! Wish they had HK cold drinks there!
