Like many others have mentioned, the customer service was quite poor. I was drawn to the fridge because the macarons looked great, but I was rudely told to wait outside. I am sorry I missed the sign but that was part of the store front and I didn’t know it was blocked from customers. The way it was communicated to made me feel as though I was breaking into the store. It felt very unwelcoming indeed.
The second staff member asked me to sign to confirm receipt before showing me the cake. So I waited, but she simply repeated, “Sign.” Really? Just one word “sign”?
I strongly suggest providing proper training to staff on customer service or hire the right people for the job. There are far more polite and professional ways to convey the same message.
Overall, it was an unpleasant pick up experience.

Ordered a mango shortcake from Little Fox Bakehouse and it was excellent. Super fresh mango, cream was light and not overly sweet..just perfect. Presentation was beautiful and everyone loved it. Highly recommend!

The gluten-free goods are way yummy and not overly sweet. Most notable is the cheesecake and black sesame matcha cake (they somehow balanced salty, sweet, creamy, grassy, and nutty and it's darned wonderful).

I often go to them to purchase their cream puffs because they’re so delicious and always receive compliments at gatherings! I recently held a party for my little one’s birthday and had Little Fox supply all the pastries and they were a hit! I had lots of people asking where the pastries from! The ordering process was communicated through the online portal the first time which then migrated to email after. Process was easy and they were quick to respond to all my questions and needs. They were very very thoughtful and went over and beyond with their service! Some pastries can be ordered half sizes. You can get discount and delivery on large orders! They were on time and everything worked out perfectly! I would definitely recommend them as a pastry catering company and would use them again for future parties!

i ordered the 13x18 Coffee Milk Tea Yin Yeung Cake for a big party of 30 or so people. first of all, the cake was delicious and had great texture, and the size was more than enough for the party. more importantly, the real stand out of the bakery is this: i asked someone to pick the cake up on the day because i was going to be late to the party due to work. but we both mistook the bakery's closing time. the woman working there had to call me and remind me that the bakery had, in fact, closed, sending me into a panic. but she was extremely kind and waited for someone to get there and pick up the cake. in the end she ended up waiting 30-50 minutes after closing! (I can't remember the exact times because i was frantically calling numbers.) she never showed annoyance and spoke kindly the whole time despite the situation. thank to this the party was a success!

It would be perfect if this bakery would be in a nicer and bigger location to enjoy your coffee while eating your croissant and relax talking with friends, would be a nice French atmosphere.
