The seafood is very fresh and the presentation is exquisite. It can be seen that everything from the selection of ingredients to the presentation is done with care. Even the background music is very suitable to my liking. The lobster sandwich and eggs Benedict are worthy of 5 stars.

One of the best brunch places in Richmond. I ordered the crab meat eggs Benedict. The hollandaise sauce was good and all but the star of the dish would be the potatoes. I have never had a restaurant season their potatoes as much as this place and it was perfect.I would highly recommend trying out this restaurant for their Benedict’s! Also the interior is also really modern and cute. Overall great restaurant!

We happened to take advantage of a seasonal tasting menu with their "love board" starter that includes a small portion of most of their starters - including the E&W Butter with sourdoughs, a mini seafood tower (Nova Scotia lobster, dungeness crab, Manila clam, oysters, tiger prawns, smoke salmon with mix greens), seafood ceviche, and a seafood bisque. With this abundance of varieties, it is a very refreshing and filling start. For the mains we ordered a NY steak and a Black Cod en Papillote through this menu, and in addition a 10 Oz Filet Mignon and a Seafood Spaghetti with Rose sauce. Both steak are right to tender, and the Filet Mignon is phenomenal - I'd say it is executed in a way that is better than the regular branded steakhouse in town. Truly a surprise and in fact, a memorable one!The Black Cod was presented with a paper wrapping, which helps retain all its content and is rightly slow cooked. Seafood spaghetti is somewhat as expected, yet the container bowl used was rather thoughtful and it helps maintain the temperature quite well. The set came with ice cream dessert, and the owner offered much gratitude with additional servings (the tasting menu is for 2 and we are a party of 4). Not to mention the delightful chocolate cake to supplement our birthday celebration (with singing!).The overall restaurant setting is relaxing with the right lighting condition and music volume as background. One drawback I find personally is the table finish - there is nothing wrong with an exposed quality good wood finish top, but if the direction of this restaurant is to escalate to the next level, I find a table cloth setting may serve better with the cutlery and plates type being served.

Great ambience with relaxing music, good food and excellent attentive service! We love every dish of it. The Salt Spring Island mussels were fresh and tasty. The flavorful lobster ceviche was beautifully presented with colorful and finely chopped vegetables and fruit. Plum chicken wings with maple syrup were juicy inside crunchy outside. Fish and chips were one of the best I had! The beer batter was light and fish were cooked just right. Both lobster and mushroom risotto were flavorful. Their Hainan Chicken came with three sauces with delicious rice and soup. That was the best Hainan chicken I had had in Vancouver! The ice-cream with fresh fruits was artfully presented. They surprised us with a complimentary dessert for my parents’ anniversary.

To celebrate our first Valentine Day, I have reservations at 8.30 PM.They provided Valentine Dine-out Menu which is very satisfying for two of us whom enjoyed delicious food and chatted romantic.9.0/10 for foodstuffs, each piece is fresh and tasty, and those ingredients are worth’s for a fancy date. The only one thing is not common would be my entrees Black Cod, the lemon slices on the top seat too long which brings obviously bitter taste. Personally I like bitter, but the fish lost umami after over prepared.9.0/10 service I marked. Very good serving during our whole dinner and Rose has provided for special date. Lovely, all waiters are very friendly and polite to provide anything we need. Also, they helped us recording very good photos for our first Valentine’s.The only one thing I marked lower is my reservation is 8.30 PM, but I have waited 15 minutes to be seated. I understand maybe previous customers did not leave for rooms, however, we did not get seated somewhere and have drinks or any service. The dine in area is amazing, not a huge place for too many guests, but in this fully build up and decorated space, we feel interested and cozy. Very comfortable and relax atmosphere for our date, so we have a remarkable experience and memories. I would give 10/10 for atmosphere and internal design. This White Fermented Soybean Curd Claim Chowder is from the whole starter set, very cream and smooth when is served is warm and perfect temperature. Seafood Platter for two included the whole crab without craws, 4 pieces of well-prepared oysters, some claims and well-cooked shrimps are perfect for us whom are seafood lovers. This is my main reason to choose here, food served as the price standard value and all those ingredients are all available for us.PS: the price is very reasonable and worthy. You got pretty valuable package of food in high-end quality, and professional servers with nice atmosphere. Finally lovely fresh romantic rose has been given as gift. Totally recommend it!Thanks for the whole team prepared and served us the first Valentine Day with full of love and surprise. It is unforgettable experience for me.
