Amazing hotpot experience! The broth was rich, the ingredients were super fresh, and the vibe was perfect for a cozy meal. A special shout-out to Andy, who went above and beyond the entire night. His service was fast, friendly, and incredibly attentive. He truly made our dinner memorable. Highly recommend!

Food was great overall, the quality of the meat; however, the service was extremely disappointing. The staff were not honest, we were told the ice cream machine fridge was broken, but after being persistent, we were given two perfectly frozen ones. The rules about leaving reviews for a free plate of Wagyu or Angus beef were also unclear, and the staff gave mixed messages about it.
