Been a long time supporter of this restaurant but I find it hard to not seek out alternatives. Portion sizes have been getting smaller and smaller, which is just not worth the price tag of 23cad. I’ve sucked it up even when they started charging for extra limes! Honestly the overall quality is on a steady decline - will take my business elsewhere.

Absolutely delicious pho Ga and fried spring rolls. The peanut sauce should be bottled and sold! I love it. I'm from Ontario and was pleasantly surprised at this find and with a patio. I'll be back!

As I've said before the best Vietnamese restaurant in Richmond by far. Quick fast and amazing service and the food is absolutely amazing will not disappoint.
This place is legit! I had a B4 sliced grilled chicken vermicelli bowl and it's one of the best I've had anywhere. My family had the A1 beef pho, excellent quality. The food came out fast, the service was great, these guys do an awesome job!
Extremely poor service the old lady working here had so much attitude right off the bat when we walked in, kept rolling her eyes at us as we were ordering felt like she was discriminating and judging us. Unfortunately, ended up walking out because they were looking at us and laughing and made us feel uncomfortable. Will never be returning to this place as there are many other places that have extremely better service and know how to treat customers.
On the expensive side for the portion you get. The broth is also noticeably sweeter than what I'm used to. Beyond that, nothing stood out one way or the other.
Banh Mi Dac Beit (sub) Ca Phe Sua Nong (iced coffee) and Cha Gio (spring rolls) for dinner take out. They very accommodating for order when closing within the hour. Delicious and just hit the spot without making us tired so was able to return to work. Asked for extra jalapeños and sour vegetables they packed that separately in a bag which thoughtful. The coffee was not too strong or sweet. I know can get the same items for cheaper as some will say 8$ a sandwich expensive but they only place within walking distance in the plaza unless we ordered pizza, however I think with great service, fresh ingredients, and the well toasted sandwiches, worth it. Noticed afterwards on their menu they have coffee smoothie, garlic butter chicken wings, and Combo Appetizer Platter which has alot of variety at reasonable price. I shall return to give it a try as well as the Grilled Sugarcane Shrimp Paste Salad Rolls which rarely see on menus anymore. This place a hidden gem
Came here long time before, didn't thought was this bad, but now since I tried so many other places, this is not good. Not worth it as well, $20 for a large one and it's not even that big. Barely no service, and the inside needs a total revamp.

Great food! Great service. Really good Pho.
It was pretty decent restaurant but now it's very bad... I ordered a large chicken noodles ...it very small and chicken is rough...the soup is warm... the service is only worth 10% of tip no wonder why the restaurant was empty at dinner time
Favourite pho place in Richmond - soup is always consistently delicious, noodles are never overcooked and does not make you die of thirst after eating. The regular pho, lemongrass chicken, Spicy and sour seafood pho, Bun bo hue, salad rolls are our regular orders. Salad rolls and meat portions for rice dishes are good size. Free parking in the front and back. Location is also convenient, it is directly across the street from King George park so great for family days for playing at the park, lunch and back to the park!
I ordered the B4, grilled chicken slices with fried roll vermicelli bowl. The chicken slices were tasty nice balance of sweetness and saltiness, fried rolls were crunchy and tasty and I loved their dipping sauce. I only gave the service 4 star because it took a long time for our food to be served and the place was not busy at the time we were there, other than that I enjoyed my food.
Good Pho spot
