When I sat down, I waited about five minutes and no one gave me a menu, so I had to ask for one myself. After ordering, I waited another five minutes for my hot tea, but it never came until I asked again.
The lady server brought pho over and just slammed it on the table without saying anything, then walked away. It felt very rude and unprofessional. Also had to ask for bean sprouts and lime.
After finishing my food, I asked for water and waited another five minutes with no response. At that point, I just paid my bill and left. The service was disappointing from start to finish. And paying $20 for a bowl of pho, especially with a portion this small, did not feel worth it.
NEVER AGAIN.

The overall taste of the food is quite good, but the portion size is noticeably small. We ordered the large size, expecting something substantial, but it looked more like a medium portion, especially considering the $20 price tag. Because of that, it didn’t really feel like a good value for the money.
This place has been open for a long time and was once known for generous portions and great quality, but lately it seems to have become just average. It’s still decent, but not at the level it used to be, which is a bit disappointing.
On a positive note, the service remains very good. The staff are attentive, polite, and make sure you’re taken care of throughout your visit. Their friendly and responsive attitude definitely stands out.

Came here for pho and got the #2. It was okay — flavor was kinda mediocre and the portion felt small for the price. Nothing bad, just not super memorable. Service was nice though and the place was clean and quick. Decent spot if you’re in the area and craving pho!
I like the food. The taste, portions, presentation is a thumbs up. The dining area could use a bit more brightness but that is just my opinion. The food makes up for it.
In adittion to the food being really good. They have gluten free spring rolls. Yay

Nice atmosphere with big TVs to watch the game. Food was decent, but definitely not my favorite Vietnamese place for the price point. Decent variety in the menu.

Like the other reviews below, I can also agree that the portion for prices is not good. They charge more for large size but the product is a small size. Currently writing as an hungry customer after finishing what the server said is a “large” size. I am a small and skinny 5”5 human with average appetite. Peak dinner time at 6:30pm with no crowd so there is no excuse.

Been a long time supporter of this restaurant but I find it hard to not seek out alternatives. Portion sizes have been getting smaller and smaller, which is just not worth the price tag of 23cad. I’ve sucked it up even when they started charging for extra limes! Honestly the overall quality is on a steady decline - will take my business elsewhere.

Absolutely delicious pho Ga and fried spring rolls. The peanut sauce should be bottled and sold! I love it. I'm from Ontario and was pleasantly surprised at this find and with a patio. I'll be back!
