If you love healthy and delicious food, Lotus is the right place for you. The restaurant has a charming setting that's great for dates and social gatherings, with low lighting, the right amount of tables, and a few flat screens to satiate any sports fans in the group. Lotus has become a staple in my daily routine, with amazing sub sandwiches and salad rolls perfect for work lunch, and incredibly perfect pho for dinner. Try the garlic wings as an appetizer!

I ordered the #8 Pho chin nac personally and tried the meat with the available: pepper, salt, hoisin, sriracha and chili oil (the last of which was requested by the other people dining with me and is not at the table by default) The meat was really tender and i personally think it paired best with the hoisin, chili oil and pepper.
