I made a reservation on Valentine's day but when I arrived they said they didn't have me on the reservation list. The staff still let us sit down but 10 mins later she took out her company phone chat record trying to prove that I didn't call in to book... After my name clearly showed on the chat record she could only apologize for forgetting to put me down on the list and still ended up kicking me out... I left in frustration and didn't even have a chance to try their food.
