MACU TEA- Capstan Way

Their drinks are good. But I don’t understand why after they made the drinks, they made me wait over 10mins to gave out? Today I went to buy a drink and they weren’t busy at all. I saw they made all the drinks and put them on the side and keep waiting. I was staring at the staffs and they were keep talking after all drinks were made. After around 8-10mins then they started to call the numbers for customers to pick up at once. I wonder why they made it and don’t give out right away?

This is the the 1st time. Last time was so busy, so I thought they just need to organize nicely, but this time so slow. I didn’t even need to line up, but they made all customers wait. Why? 😕

I know this place is popular and busy but they are not so great at answering to the customers

Started coming here since June from a recommendation of a friend to get the king of mango smoothie and most other BBT places don't compare. Try it once and you'll get hooked. Unfortunately it's seasonal so get it while it lasts!

4 stars because there are no tables or seats and it’s a self-service kiosk; would be 5 stars if the ambiance was nicer. The King of Mango smoothie cannot be customized for sugar or ice level. It’s nice, not too sweet. Great milky mango flavour! 30% sugar Tieguanyin Oolong Milk Tea had a lovely, smooth mouthfeel. Great tea flavour, would recommend both drinks!

If you would like a bubble tea to-go beverage holder, ask the staff, and they are more than happy to put one on for you!

Visiting from Toronto and trying to do a Vancouver BBT crawl! This place was incredible, the cheese foam, the fresh fruit? the best pearls I've ever had.

The mango stuff is fire 🔥

The mango chi chi is so good. It’s so fresh and delicious.

First time here and love it. The line was long, waiting for the drinks wasn't as bad. Overall I would recommend this place. Will be back soon to try other drinks.

Milk tea was decent although probably should've gone with its summer special of Mango smoothie.

Provide plastic straws individually wrapped in plastic.

Long queue but moves fast. I waited probably about 10 min in queue on a Friday night. And then after ordering, I waited around 5-10min to the drink. So definitely worth the wait. I got the King of Mango smoothie, which is the BEST.

Great tea”s but prepare yourself to stand in long queue most of the time.other then that you will love the taste and surely go back
