Sarah was really nice! The girl with the bangs and brown hair was not so nice! She purposely refused to take my order after my friend ordered, saying that she 'needs a minute to make it'. She ended not making anything and left it for someone else. Sarah then took my order after another girl who just got in the store. Weirdo behavior. Also the ice cream had a distinct artificial flavour. Will not be coming back.

Get my birthday matcha ice cream cone. It's so good for matcha ice cream taste even there are another choice or mixed. This is my very first visit at their Richmond store. Due to hot weather, air conditioning can be set higher for more comfort dining in. Limited seat due to limited space. More smile for serving is definitely earning more credit. It's still appreciated their patience being asked which topping I should go for or more popular. It is definitely a good attitude in serving customer.
