I usually enjoy coffee from this McDonald’s, and most staff make it consistently well. However, there is one female staff member who wears a grey-purple headscarf who repeatedly does not follow the standard coffee instructions, and it has become frustrating.
I often order coffee with 2 sugars and oat milk, clearly shown on the receipt. Unfortunately, when this particular staff member prepares it, I frequently receive something that tastes like plain black coffee, with no sugar or oat milk added at all.
When other employees make the same order, the coffee tastes perfectly fine, so this does not seem to be a system issue, but rather a preparation consistency issue.
I have already submitted feedback to McDonald’s through the official complaint channel, but the situation does not seem to have improved.
I hope management can provide additional training or supervision, as consistency is important—especially for a basic item like coffee.

My friend ordered via the mobile app and I ordered at the drive thru. I mentioned I wanted the $5 value meal and also that I had a mobile order to pick up.
When I arrived at the first window, I had to correct my order as the person working there said I had ordered something else and to specify next time that I wanted my item without egg (which I did not say I wanted).
Then we went to the next window and I received my order and the person there closed the window even though I had said that I had a mobile order to pick up. She attempted to upcharge us on some sauce packets even though they are free and then proceeded to say that she will give it to us without charge.
My sausage McMuffin wasn't cooked properly as the patty was still cold on the inside and it wasn't wrapped properly in the paper. I couldn't even eat my hash brown as it tasted spoiled. The coffee was watered down and tasted off.
My friend's wrap was served to her cold.
Overall, I would not come back to this location if it continues to be like this.

Waited in drive through on a not busy time of day for like 10-15 minutes. I’ve never seen it take that long to move 4 cars through drive through. I finally get to the ordering window sitting there like an idiot for 2 minutes so I say “hello?” And the response was “just give me a couple of minutes.” What do you need a couple of minutes for? I’m staring at the drive through and there wasn’t a single car in the line in front by the time they let me order. The I waited for a couple minutes at the pickup window for a small order.

There have been frequent mistakes with the delivery orders. If the McDonald’s app let me select the branch, I wouldn’t choose to order from this location.

If drive thru has long line up then it’s hard to drive out from the parking lot. I will not coming back to this location in the future. I rather go somewhere has plenty parking spaces and easy to drive out.
