There have been frequent mistakes with the delivery orders. If the McDonald’s app let me select the branch, I wouldn’t choose to order from this location.

If drive thru has long line up then it’s hard to drive out from the parking lot. I will not coming back to this location in the future. I rather go somewhere has plenty parking spaces and easy to drive out.

We visited the McDonald’s on Cambie Street (Richmond, BC) around 8 PM tonight (Oct 24) with our kids to redeem the $5 Ronald McDonald House Charities coupon booklet and a few Monopoly coupons.
Each coupon clearly says “Limit one coupon per customer, per visit” — our family of five had only four, so we believed it was fine. However, the manager Simran refused to redeem them, saying they “only redeem a certain number of coupons per day.” That rule isn’t printed anywhere on the coupon or in the official promo terms.
She also mentioned that we couldn’t combine them with other offers, but the coupon itself does not say that. It simply limits one per customer and makes no mention of restrictions against combining with other promotions. Even the McDonald’s Monopoly rules don’t list a daily redemption cap.
The overall experience felt unwelcoming. The dining area was dimly lit even though it was still early in the evening, and the staff looked visibly unhappy when they saw we were redeeming coupons — even though it clearly states “no purchase necessary.” It gave the impression that they simply didn’t want to honor coupons at all, which is disappointing for a national promotion.
I had planned to order drinks for our family, but after the attitude we received, I decided not to and instead went to Church’s Chicken nearby for our drinks.
The kids were disappointed, and it left a bad impression — especially since these booklets help support Ronald McDonald House Charities. I hope the store clarifies its policy, improves customer service, and posts clear signage if they have any extra local restrictions so guests aren’t misinformed.

Came close to midnight and got great service. Very convinient location for those staying at the hotel. Small lobby area with the 2 kiosks.

Had such a great experience at this Mcdonalds location! The staff were friendly, vibes were awesome, and the food was excellent. Big shout out to Jas as she's someone who genuinely cares about her customers and goes above and beyond, would definitely recommend this place!
