Don't try the Apple Shake, no apple taste, it's just like Sugar Milk Shake. Worse Milk Shake ever tried.

My Terrible Experience at McDonald’s

Recently, I had one of the worst experiences at McDonald’s, and I feel it’s important to share just how frustrating and disappointing it was. What should have been a simple and quick meal turned into a stressful and upsetting situation, all because of poor service and careless mistakes.

From the moment I walked in, the staff treated me with an attitude that felt rude and unwelcoming. I wasn’t greeted properly, and it seemed like they couldn’t care less about my order. I understand that fast food jobs can be busy and stressful, but as a paying customer, I expected at least basic respect and professionalism. Instead, I felt like I was bothering them just by placing my order.

The real problem started when I received my food. Not only was my order completely wrong, but they also added pickles — even though I specifically told them no pickles because I’m allergic. This wasn’t just a simple mistake. It was a careless and dangerous one. Allergies are not something to take lightly, and the fact that they ignored my request put my health at serious risk.

When I tried to calmly explain the issue, the staff showed no real concern or apology. They acted as if it wasn’t a big deal, which only made the experience even worse. I left feeling angry, disappointed, and honestly a bit scared, knowing that one careless slip could’ve caused me a serious allergic reaction.

In the end, this visit to McDonald’s was not only a waste of money but also a reminder of how important it is for employees to pay attention to customer orders — especially when health and safety are involved. I hope the management takes situations like this more seriously in the future, because no one deserves to be treated like this, especially when their well-being is on the line.

Dirty. Slow. Apathetic service. Burgers looked like they were kicked into the bag.
Being with how long the wait was, I'm confused how they managed undercooked chicken. Brutal.

The food was good but they charge 30 cents extra for mayo unlike other restaurants.

I have been meaning to review this location for quite some time. Parking is terrible but the service is the best out of the mcdonald's restaurant in the area. Never had an order messed up until today lol. Ice coffee tasted like water and with zero vanilla and my cheese burger was dry with no mustard or onions. First time they have screwed up though.

WARNING: FOOD POISONING / SALMONTELLA at this location !!!

Brought my wife here after she was away for nearly 2 months. First time to this location, we ordered a couple junior chickens, later that day my wife starts getting body and stomach aches. Pukes out the junior chickens. Went to the doctor the next day, he confirmed it was food poisoning and based on how long it has lasted so far, it is likely Salmonella!! We’re days in and she is sleeping hours early just to try to avoid the daily pain. Not sure how this Mcdonalds is operational, they should get sued for poisoning people!!

FYI - she was on a fast for the previous 24 hrs due to religious reasons. Getting out of the airport was her first and last meal that day since even water instigated vomiting.
