Went to this location for the first time and it was around 10pm at night. I had the BEST McDonald's nuggets I've had in a decade! It was made fresh to order and seriously so crispy and so delicious. 10/10!

Worst mcdonalds I've ever been to. Just ordered. They screwed it up and once I got back to hotel, fries weren't even cooked OR SALT added. Burger was sloppy. Order screwed up. Asked for big Mac sauce on burger and got McChicken sauce. This is the 3rd and last time going there as it's consistently like this.Pathetic waste of money. Wish I stuck with my first craving which is pizza hut pizza. Steer clear of this place. Puke
There was an order mixed up where i basically paid two orders; one from a customer before me and one for my order. Despite me giving MY code from the mcdo app, the order i paid was from the customer before me first, when the food came the worker said my payment got declined, not surprised cuz im almost at max credit i went around the drive thru and paid again, making that payment MY order, correct order this time. So basically my first payment went through and the customer before me's card got declined who was supposed to pay my order accidentally.Next day i went back with the receipt, mcdo app and financial statement then explained it to them. They gave me a full refund with MY order that i paid. Thank you Sharan, the manager at that time that gave me the refund

The staff here for some reason struggle to get orders correct.No matter how clear I make the order / I love how they ask me to verify the order / Be nice if they did the same HAHAI have to constantly check the bag before driving off as I'm tired of getting home only to find missing items from my order!You will NEVER receive an extra item lol just missing items.I will say the morning staff are great! the AFTERNOON shift yikes.

The customer service I received was subpar. The staff seemed disinterested, and it took an unnecessarily long time to address my concerns. Clear communication and a more customer-centric approach would greatly improve the overall experience. The girl working at the front (TAZAN OR TARAN) don’t even know how to speak to costumers,all the do is say thanks in such a way that they are paying for our food!!.. Management should give them some tips for costumer satisfaction or hire some professional staff.
