Absolutely unacceptable service. I clearly ordered fries, but they were neither included in my order nor added to the bill. This is a basic mistake that shouldn’t happen at a place like McDonald’s. I ended up paying for an incomplete order and didn’t even get what I asked for. Total waste of time and extremely frustrating. Staff seriously need better training and to pay attention to what they’re doing

Frequently come to this location, always order issues, order a mcgriddle get a mcmuffin, order 2 hashbrown get one, ordered the new Benny bacon bagel this morning, no sauce what so ever, meanwhile everyone behind the counter speaking there native language and moving at a snail pace.. hard to find a decent fast food place anymore..

This is the cheapest McDonald’s I have ever been to in my life. You have to beg and bargain with them to get any sauces for your fries. When they finally agree to give you ketchup for the large fries you just ordered, you’re lucky to get to packets, and they act like they just did you a favour. Why can’t I have ketchup?!? This is McDonalds !!! I work in the area and all my co-workers refuse to spend a dime here. Do yourself a favour and spend a bit more and go to Five Guys which is pretty much next door. Way better food quality and service.
