It's a McDonald's but their consistency in delivering food without many mistakes makes them better than most McDonald's I ever been to and that's because the staff works hard and they were trained by a good team leader who is the manager. I've seen the manager run the team she is darn good at her job as a McDonald's manager and employee at the Ironwood Plaza McDonald's. 😃

Just moved to the area and was disappointed, it seems to be an off-brand location or something not affiliated with McDonalds Canada.

I work 2 minutes away from this location. I still drive 15 minutes to get food from a different Macdonalds cuz this location suckss big time. Bad service, bad food, joke of a restaurant.

So many issues I’ve just posted pictures over the last few years. Mostly fish sandwiches and a few pics are from the replacements. I showed the manager these and she said filet o fish are difficult to make… What !?! Once in the drive thru, I was handed a coffee with the lid unattached and coffee went all over me, my car , and into the charging port of my new iPhone. They tried to say it was my fault at first and then they were very reluctant to give me the managers contact info. They clearly do not respect their customers. They don’t maintain even a basic level of standards with their staff.
