Very slow service there were no ketchup cups I waited so long for about 15 minutes everyone in the kitchen was looking at me but nobody came to help or give me ketchup.

This location had been renovated recently. Just like every other McDonald's, they got rid of the self service soda machine.
This will lead to two issues: • customers do not have the autonomy to customize their drink • instead of giving you a paper cup, staff need more time to prepare your drink, worsening the already understaffed situation
Other than the soda machine, the amount of seats in this location have been cut down by at least 40% comparing to before the renovation. All you have now is empty space to stand and wait for your food/seat.
It looks bright and modern now, but I miss the old look.

It's nice! I like to get two double hamburgers and combine the patties into a single quadruple hamburger. Quick 40g of protein, less carbs.

Extremely dismissive about poorly made iced coffee. The drink had a foul taste to it with little to no cream whatsoever, didn’t say sorry but instead asked us if we wanted a fountain drink after cutting us off. We had to explain multiple times that we just wanted them to remake the iced coffee. We seem to be experiencing this same thing during every visit in late night hours. Someone please do something about this.
