This is quite possibly the worst design of any McD in Metro Vancouver. The recent renovation cut seating by about half of the original space. No more self-serve pop so no more refills. The kitchen is now almost completely hidden from view.
I’ll have to think twice about dining here during peak times. I might not come back at all and avoid the crap shoot of getting a table.

Come thru the drive thru last few months everyday is the same we go thru drive thru and they pull us to the front of building guess this has turned into a drink drive thru never give ur food and worried about there timers not customers service you can go there 1 am 1 pm and same things will happen if you tell them you want to wait for your food you will get treated very poorly and rude as a business owner and one who runs crews id never let my workers treat paying customers like this

Ordered a chicken but got beef instead, didn’t realize until got home. Overall, the ambience and service is good its the first time they messed my order. Please, careful handle orders as it might effect somones cultural belief.

Poor customer service by staff with an attitude at pickup window. It’s 7:55am and ordered a sausage egg McMuffin. Pickup window staff requested I drive up to front door for item to be delivered. I don’t see the point when there were no cars behind me waiting. I advised No thanks and within 20 seconds the order was ready. What’s with the attitude and telling customers to park and wait for another staff to deliver. It’s a fast food drive through. Please hire staff that wants to work.
