Poor customer service by staff with an attitude at pickup window. It’s 7:55am and ordered a sausage egg McMuffin. Pickup window staff requested I drive up to front door for item to be delivered. I don’t see the point when there were no cars behind me waiting. I advised No thanks and within 20 seconds the order was ready. What’s with the attitude and telling customers to park and wait for another staff to deliver. It’s a fast food drive through. Please hire staff that wants to work.

Terrible experience. We went through the drive thru and they pulled us to the parking lot. There’s already 8 cars waiting and no place for me to park. Keep watching them pull more cars and not able to find the car because they follow the plate number. No direction on where we should park to wait. And it’s taking more than 20 mins for everyone waiting. What’s the point of going through drive thru and then be parked for another 20 mins.
Bathroom was very dirty Where did 27 minutes to get 2 double cheeseburger & a snack wrap It was 11:45 p.m. there was one customer inside in one car in the drive thru and us and still took 27 minutes they were very rude as well

It took me literally 25 mins to place an order in person because there was no one working at the ordering line. There were 10 of us all lined up waiting for 25 mins, while they kept pushing orders through for drive thru and kiosk orders. I had to line up because I was redeeming a coupon. There were prob 10 workers in the kitchen so there was enough help.

This location is probably the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. One time they gave fries instead of hash brown because they ran out. This time they’re doing some maintenance but didn’t turn off type app orders Took my app order but wouldn’t fill it. The workers are working with AirPods in the ears talking to their home country perhaps. The worst service I have ever gotten. I wish I could give zero stars
