I had a really good experience today st this location. I placed a drive thru order through the mcdonalds app and had an issue with the order. A young girl asked me to come inside and was able to get my order. She handled it very well. I wish I remembered her name!

This is a nice and quiet McDonald’s, we always get table service and it arrives fairly quickly, so far we’ve been lucky and they always have the ice cream machine working 😆👍
Parking: Lots of free parking right out front
Kid-friendliness: Can sit outside and watch the planes take off form the airport or from the windows inside as well

This is, far and away, the worst McDonald’s in the Vancouver area.
I’ve come here ~10 times for breakfast on my way to work through the drive through, and not a SINGLE time have they gotten my order right. 2 weeks ago I ordered a chicken breakfast wrap and they gave me a wrap with no chicken. Lettuce and an egg.
Today I was in a rush and thought…how can they screw up a chicken wrap today? Get to work and I have an egg McMuffin in my bag. She said wrap, gave me egg McMuffin.
This place deserves its poor stars. It’s probably a language barrier in the kitchen, but here we are.
McDonald’s, you can reach out to me, but I’d like to be reimbursed for my ~$60 in screwed up food before anything.

Normally I choose this location over others but this past experience was terrible.
I had to repeat my order 4 times and then got up to pay and it was still wrong. Paid for what I thought was correct order and got to the next window and again got the wrong order. Instead of the clerk fixing it, I just got "well that's what it says on the screen..."

Not to be a prick but the cost of food today, I expect to get a decent burger, even if it's from McDonald's. The server was quick to exchange the burger for one with a bit more topping. It was still lacking, in my opinion.

Rude as hell. Need to edit this. I normally order an unusual coffee with alot of milk and cream and sugar. Non of the McDonald's has an issue except this. There is lady called Irlene she said I cannot order there again. Is this customer service. Really really rude
