Drive thru slow, staff not engaged, restrooms poor (had to go in after because long wait). IMO operators should be held to higher standards of staffing and training. I am here often because convenience and proximity to where I pick up my kid and I expect us to be poor.

This McDonald’s has come a long ways in the past few years. My last two visits the food has been fresh and I really enjoyed the authentic Christmas music.

The place isnt even busy. I ordered a dbl dbl coffee, and recieved it black. Service is slow and the lobby is dirty...suprise. staff is too busy trying to get in each others pants for work to get done. Let alone get a coffee order right.

Last time I took my daughter here, I ended up with pretty bad food poisoning. All I had were fries and her iced tea, which she didn't want. Thank goodness she didn't drink it! I believe it was from the ice. So obviously they are not washing their hands at this location and not following proper sanitary standards. The service has always been incredibly slow at this location as well, so no use in coming back ever again.

I stopped at this McDonald’s after a long flight, looking for something quick and satisfying. Unfortunately, the experience was far from what I expect from a fast-food restaurant. Despite ordering through the app, the drive-through was slow, with a long wait behind another car. I had hoped mobile ordering would speed things up, but it didn’t.
While waiting for my order, I noticed several holes in the ground near the drive-through, close to the building and landscaping. To my shock, rats were coming out of these holes. Seeing rats right next to the area where food is being prepared and served is completely unacceptable.
When I choose McDonald’s, I expect consistent service and cleanliness. This visit was disappointing on both fronts, and because of this experience, I will not be returning to this location. The McDonald’s brand should hold itself to higher standards.

The men's washroom is always dirty. Water on the sink counter, marks are all over the mirror, pee either around the toilet seat area, and wet toilet paper sticking on the floor. They surely don't clean or even check on the washroom throughout the day. If a food restaurant doesn't keep the washroom clean to the very basic standard, what do you think about the way they handle your food? I will not come to this particular restaurant at all, but will only come to redeem points. I will not support their business.
We did drive thru. We were the only one in line, yet it took a while to get 3 Mc-doubles a medium coffee and 1 muffin. Perhaps its a one off but it seemed like a lake of urgency on the staffs end.

This McDonald’s location was not close to where we lived but we wished our go-to one was as nice as this one.
Clean, fast service, consistency in good food are the three pillars that McDonald’s is good at and this location checked all three points.
Happy to have another great option for McDonald’s for a late dinner.
