Not the first time this has happened to me. Went through the drive thru with my mobile order, worker asks me to park my car OUT FRONT because my order isn’t ready. Cars aren’t supposed to just idle right outside the front entrance, I was clearly blocking traffic. I waited a good 10 minutes and still nothing came out, other people at the drive thru were already getting their orders so i decided to go back through the drive thru to ask if my order was ready, as I didn’t want to continue blocking traffic. Manager proceeds to tell me my order isn’t even there and they can’t see it in their system, and made it seem like it was my problem. First of all, this is fast food, not slow food, so my order shouldn’t have to take that long. Secondly, next time they should ask me to park in the mobile pickup area and not just out front where I’d be blocking traffic. Ridiculous.

Standard McDonald's food; nothing more or less. This is the only McDonald's in Richmond that doesn't offer free refills. Nothing posted saying no refills. Mediocre customer service. Won't return.

I had a great experience at this place, staff are friendly and helpful.
Paid for “Mighty McGriddle” but did not give me the right burger. Only 2 pieces of bread with 1 layer of meat. That’s all. And it’s not the first time happened this location
