This location is the worst McDonald’s in the Richmond. I don’t visit here very often, but I’ve had all the bad experiences here. Last time they forgot put the fries to the happy meal and after I told them, I only got a Email said they’ll do better next time. Today I order lots of food for my kids, chicken nuggets, fries and burgers, and I used a couple to redeem a cheese burger as well. After 10 minutes, I want to have a cup of coffee, so I visit them again. But the cashier said I already use one coupon today so cannot use another one. Even it was my second visit at this location today. They mean every one can only visit them once per day, what a joke!!!

I usually surprise my kids once in a while and get them mc donalds on the weekend. This is the 3rd time in 2oths they completely messed up everything. And not only that the food is cold. Just sad that they don't even care as everyone there in the back was laughing.

Service or lack thereof.
Within a one month period, their so called “24 drive thru” has been anything but:
1) 03:45 hours - closed ( dairy crates blocking entrance)
2) 02:00 “we are updating our system”
3) today - 04:00 - “we are not taking orders right now”.

Here is an idea, turn OFF your lights if you are closed.!

Good McDonald's location. the food quality is good and the service is good. Atmosphere. It's a McDonald's, not a fancy steakhouse, what would you expect. I'll be honest, only get McDonald's Lunch/Dinner menu, don't get breakfast. Just get breakfast at another place. Their specialty is burgers and fries, not muffins.

Kid-friendliness: There's a happy meal. I can't really say much else. There's toys in it (or a book if your THAT type of parent.)

When I ask for a printer receipt, you are obligated by law to provide me with one. I don’t need a long diatribe about how it can be accessed in my email for a mobile order, or how you normally throw them out as soon as they are printed. It doesn’t come out of your front cash machines’s printer when I select “dine-in” pick up, as it does other stores, but it comes out of the printer at your packing station. It comes out instantly after I press the button and I see my mobile order number written on it.

I understand that what you “normally” do is toss out those receipts (garbage, instead of recycling, am I right?), but they print out for a reason.

Your non-response when I repeat your legal obligations to you as you continue to attempt to school me on what you “normally” do or where else I can get my receipt (which I already know) and missing the point of my request is a reflection of your comprehension skills and not a problem with the request.

I’ve had this issue with other locations and discussions with corporate always come back with my request for a printer receipt being reasonable.

Do better.

Ordered through the app and went through drive through. The male attendant forced me to park my car and go into the restaurant to pick up the order and they mixed up my order at the end. Poor service.

Unfortunately my least favorite Mcdonalds in Richmond. Food quality is less than other branches, and staff attitude/service is disappointing.

Went here a couple of days ago, order happy meals and this was the first location that ran out of sweet and sour sauce. They also do not provide any refills here, first I heard of that. The supervisor, was very unpleasant to deal with and had no name tag present. I would avoid this location and customer service and food presentation is not there.

One of the worst experiences I’ve had at this location. Unfortunately, I had to make do because I work night shifts, and this is the only place open at 2 a.m.

They always get my order wrong—it’s happened three times now. First, they forgot my fries. Then, they missed my McDouble. And the last time, my drink came out wrong. But the final straw? They absolutely drenched my Filet-O-Fish in tartar sauce. It wasn’t just a little extra; it was swimming in it. Who sprays that much sauce on a burger? On top of that, the fish was cold.

Honestly, if I had a choice, I’d rather go ice fishing. At least then, my fish would be fresh, and I’d get to decide how much tartar sauce to use—not be stuck with this garbage.

Be aware when you pay! Their pos machine glitched after I already tapped. Then they said it didn't go through and made me tap again. After checking my credit card statement, turned out they did charge me twice!!
I had to come back for the refund and the manager acted like she did me a favor🙄 No! You cause me inconvenience and you didn't even apologize!👎🏻👎🏻

We went to this McDonald's today and ordered food. They ran out of sweet and sour sauce. Cheese burger was really sloppy and no onions. Fries were cold. My son went to ask for a refill and he was told by the lady supervisor that they don't do refills from 3 years. This is unheard of from any McDonald's. I think they are just trying to be cheap and trying to save money but doesn't seem like it's looking good for them with all the bad reviews. The supervisor had no name tag and was not very pleasant to talk to. One of the worst McDonald's I have ever been to.
