I am writing to highly commend the staff for their exceptional service during our company Christmas event last weekend.
We experienced a miscommunication regarding the timing of our event, but the staff at your location went above and beyond to accommodate our party. Their efforts ensured that everyone in our group was satisfied and enjoyed the night.
We greatly appreciate their friendliness and helpfulness, and I highly recommend this location.
This was, by far, the worst birthday experience I’ve ever had at Splitsville Kanata. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, the entire celebration was mishandled. The staff — including the front desk (Sarah and Kailee), the lane attendant, and Carlito from the cafeteria — were consistently rude, unprepared, and unprofessional.
