Amazing absolutely, šÆ loved the way we got treated and it was great service by rishi and his team. They ran the place very well , i couldnāt believe the food quality and pasta š was to die for the chef š§āš³ did the best it would be beat any pasta from high end italian restaurant. Being a foody we try lot of places but i literally have no words how amazing food was everything was, bowling is right behind and movie theatre in front what better can you ask for. Rishi managed the place very well and he is very professional outspoken good mannered person and educated us about the restaurant company history and chain restaurants.
Must go place for any event :)

Just sat down to order a pizza while we waited for bowling.
Wow! Awesome pizza. If only we have more time, we would have ordered another one to share.
A bit slow getting our seats in the beginning but good service overall.

tried to get a table here with my younger cousin (sheās 17) was was told the restaurant is 19+ and they wouldnāt serve us. we told them that we didnāt wanna sit at the bar and just wanted a table. we used to come here all the time when it was the previous restaurant. they told us that we had to leave and go somewhere else which was fair but nothing was posted and we couldnāt find where they said they were 19+. thereās a long line at the old spaghetti factory next door every night and this place is getting emptier by the day. makes sense because they really need better customer service and communication with guests.

Didn't realize Monkey 9 had shut down but we had a coupon so we came for dinner before a movie anyways. Atmosphere was very dreary and it was pretty quiet for a Saturday evening. We got sat pretty quick but it didn't take long to notice how new and unexperienced most of the staff was. Our server greeted us after about 5 mins (not the worst, but I know greeting times should be sooner than that having worked as restaurant management for a while myself.) The greeting really caught us of guard as it wasn't the usual. She introduced herself and asked how she could help us? Seemed like more of a retail greeting than anything. We ordered our food and while we waited for it to come up I watched the crowd of staff at the expo line. Some staff don't even have their long hair tied back and even watched our server toss and fix her hair right in front of the food, hair facing the food. Food came out with wrong side as our server was obviously overwhelmed by our basic order of burgers.
I'm not usually one to complain but I wouldn't want anyone to go through this themselves. Very untrained seving staff, not hygienic, and way overpriced for food portions and quality.

Do you have an employee named Francine Domingo (Guest Contact Center Supervisor at Splitsville Entertainment accdg to her LinkedIn account)? She is currently in a relationship with a Filipino man on a tourist visa and a man who is also married. When she first approached me and asked who I was in his life, I told her clearly that I am his wife. At the time, she claimed she had no idea, apologized, and promised she would end everything and stop talking to him. I trusted her words. I had no intention of fighting with her because I believed that she was also a victim of his lies. I was actually kind to you. But as it turns out, they are still together despite all the lies. Are there really no more single men left in Canada that you have to force yourself onto a married man? I thought you were smarter than this. Do you have any morals left? Even if he tells you right now that he loves you, remember this Francine, you will never truly be happy. Karma will find its way to the both of you.
I am writing to highly commend the staff for their exceptional service during our company Christmas event last weekend. We experienced a miscommunication regarding the timing of our event, but the staff at your location went above and beyond to accommodate our party. Their efforts ensured that everyone in our group was satisfied and enjoyed the night. We greatly appreciate their friendliness and helpfulness, and I highly recommend this location.
This was, by far, the worst birthday experience Iāve ever had at Splitsville Kanata. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, the entire celebration was mishandled. The staff ā including the front desk (Sarah and Kailee), the lane attendant, and Carlito from the cafeteria ā were consistently rude, unprepared, and unprofessional. Here is a breakdown of the issues we encountered: 1. Delayed Start:ļæ½My party was scheduled for 1:00 PM, yet at 1:22 PM our assigned area was still occupied. Our celebration was put on hold for nearly 30 minutes waiting for the lane to be vacated. 2. Technical Issues:ļæ½Once we finally got access, the screen wasnāt working. We waited an additional 15 minutes while staff restarted the system four times. The kids did not begin playing until 1:50 PM ā almost an hour after our scheduled start time. 3. Unclean and Poorly Managed Lanes:ļæ½The lanes were filthy, and we ended up cleaning them ourselves because the assigned host was missing for more than half of the event. * I had to request juice and water over 11 times. When it finally arrived, we received only six cups for 18 guests. Refills took approximately 12 minutes each time, leaving all the kids waiting. 4. Cake-Cutting Chaos:ļæ½I specifically requested to cut the cake on the table behind our lane, and we set everything up there. Despite this, a staff member abruptly told us to move the cake, jackets, gifts, balloons, cookies ā everything ā to the food court, and asked us to move all kids and parents as well. When I explained that we had already agreed to cut the cake there, a manager appeared and insisted that a new group was coming, they were at capacity, and we had to move immediately. 5. No Supplies Provided:ļæ½Once relocated to the food court, we were given no utensils, plates, or cups to serve the cake. When I asked for forks, the cafeteria worker began yelling, saying he was the only person working and that since we were no longer on the lanes, we āno longer had a hostā and needed to āchill.ā Completely disrespectful and unacceptable behavior. 6. Final Confusion at Checkout:ļæ½After the party, I returned to the front desk to ask about the free passes promised to our guests. I was sent back and forth between staff members before finally receiving them. The lack of communication and accountability was astounding. This place is disorganized and completely unprepared to host birthday parties. They desperately need proper training, better communication, a dedicated party room, and basic organization tools (like coat hangers). There is no reason a group of 18 should be standing around waiting for a lane that wasnāt cleared ahead of time or forced to relocate mid-celebration. The facility was dirty, the experience was stressful, and the service was unprofessional from start to finish. This was a huge waste of money, and I will absolutely not return for another birthday and everyone that attended was super unimpressed.
Hella mid would not go out of my way to come here again

It would be nice if the bowling center would show a little more courtesy to their league bowlers. It's bad enough they have open bowling in the lanes right beside the league bowlers, but it's even more ridiculous when we have to return all the balls from the ball return as well as remove the bowling ramps ourselves before we can start. All while one of the workers is outside playing with a tennis ball against the wall having a break. Terrible way to run a bowling center.
The old menu and everything was better. this place is so tacky Iām so tired of corporate chains taking over small businesses.

This place sucks now. RIP monkey9 Richmond lost a gem. Menu sucks now and service is mid- people seem overworked esp the line cooks in the open kitchen. There was one person running around serving everyone bartending and seating people and cleaning tables. There are so many people looking for jobs now so thatās confusing.
