It would be nice if the bowling center would show a little more courtesy to their league bowlers. It's bad enough they have open bowling in the lanes right beside the league bowlers, but it's even more ridiculous when we have to return all the balls from the ball return as well as remove the bowling ramps ourselves before we can start. All while one of the workers is outside playing with a tennis ball against the wall having a break. Terrible way to run a bowling center.
The bowling is fabulous. The arcade games are great.
This place sucks now. RIP monkey9 Richmond lost a gem. Menu sucks now and service is mid- people seem overworked esp the line cooks in the open kitchen. There was one person running around serving everyone bartending and seating people and cleaning tables. There are so many people looking for jobs now so that’s confusing.

Very tasty food and the staff are all fantastic. Everyone from front counter, management, waiting staff, and kitchen. My partner and I get takeout from here regularly and everytime it's amazing. The poutine we order with the cheese and gravy on the side so the cheese doesn't congeal in transit. They've forgotten once or twice but never have any complaints or issues with redoing it.
Crispy chicken burger is my favourite in town too! 10/10 highly recommend.
I came in at 3:20 in the afternoon which to be fair is not a busy time but the staff are all just hanging around looking at their phones and not really doing much. Meanwhile, the toilet is not clean and not looking great and I feel like the staff could be probably doing something about that. I know this has been a recent takeover but nothing has changed for the better.

Meghan at Seven 10 Kitchen was helpful and friendly during our visit. We had a pepperoni pizza while bowling, and the kids really enjoyed it. We also ordered the nachos, which were a good size with nicely portioned cheese, and they were eaten pretty quickly! A great spot for food while enjoying a fun time bowling.

Went there last night (21st of june 2025) so unhappy with the food and service and for the amount i paid..it was much better when it was monkey 9...never again will i set foot in that place , but typical when new canadians take over a place and run it straight into the ground...

this place has gone downhill. i was taken aback by the very bright red uniforms… they’re fairly out of place and off putting. it cheapens the feel of the restaurant- i don’t want to dine at a kids bowling alley. the food has gotten more expensive and the quality and options have gone down. half the drinks on the menu are out of stock. no steak, bowl, salmon or any other main dish you would expect. truly disappointing. my food arrived very late and the prices are outrageous. i recently came in for my son’s birthday party and the pizza crust was severely burnt. i spoke to the manager with blonde hair i believe her name was morghan and she did not offer me a discount. the food is already more expensive than all the other restaurants in the area. i live close to main street in vancouver and you can get two appetizers for $11 during happy hour (WHICH THEY DONT HAVE) and $5 happy hour drinks… how are they still in business? i’m baffled. it’s over $10 for a pint of beer here and it’s basic like molson which doesn’t make sense because many local restaurants have craft beer for cheaper. would not recommend- never coming back here ever again.

I used to come here a lot with the old Monkey9 owners and loved the beer, food, atmosphere, daily specials, game nights, live music/shows, and service. i recently dropped in while waiting for my movie to start and saw that the new owners have taken away everything i enjoyed about the restaurant- epecially the $0.60 wing deal on monday. beers are commercial. server was friendly but they where out of the first two drinks we wanted and no soup of the day. cheeseburger was average- chicken stips overpriced. not horrible but major downgrade from before.

We had a team end of season party in the Kanata location and the kids had a great time. The bowling was a blast, the fries were great, the pizza was good and our party organizer Michael did an excellent job keeping the bottomless soda’s replenished. The kids loved having $10 cards to play games after bowling and we would absolutely do this again.
Very disappointed and won’t be returning to Kanata location! Had to wait 20 minutes to get on our lane because reservation before us went longer and left a mess that had to be cleaned. Then we were booted off before finishing our 2 games because next reservation had arrived. We were told we were playing slow which was not the case; we had 4 frames left and it was just 2 of us.
I think it’s just disgusting and sleazy for you to raise the prices over the kids March break. As a grandma, I was going to bring my 3 grandsons during the March break to your new location. Not now, not ever! We will stick to our regular Bowling alley.
Service was terrible took 30 mins and multiple reminders to get our first drink. Cauliflower bites were disgusting, chicken tenders got served tossed in sauce? And ranch instead of honey mustard. Soy sauce and garlic dipping sauce? I'm not sure what is going on here wouldn't tell anyone to come.

This place is a disgrace. There were 12 people working, yet took 45 mins to get our first drinks. Food was absolutely disgusting. And it took them an hour to split the bills. While they all sat around looking like they didn’t know how to lift a finger. This place should be shut down.
