We had a team end of season party in the Kanata location and the kids had a great time. The bowling was a blast, the fries were great, the pizza was good and our party organizer Michael did an excellent job keeping the bottomless soda’s replenished. The kids loved having $10 cards to play games after bowling and we would absolutely do this again.

Very disappointed and won’t be returning to Kanata location! Had to wait 20 minutes to get on our lane because reservation before us went longer and left a mess that had to be cleaned. Then we were booted off before finishing our 2 games because next reservation had arrived. We were told we were playing slow which was not the case; we had 4 frames left and it was just 2 of us.

Service was terrible took 30 mins and multiple reminders to get our first drink. Cauliflower bites were disgusting, chicken tenders got served tossed in sauce? And ranch instead of honey mustard. Soy sauce and garlic dipping sauce? I'm not sure what is going on here wouldn't tell anyone to come.

This place is a disgrace. There were 12 people working, yet took 45 mins to get our first drinks. Food was absolutely disgusting. And it took them an hour to split the bills. While they all sat around looking like they didn’t know how to lift a finger. This place should be shut down.

Literally sat for 20 min with no one even coming to the table after being sat... there were more employees in the building than patrons so it's not like it was busy..

Menu is so small. Barely any options. Expensive.

Service is very slow. Management was terrible at customer service. A shared opinion amongst patrons there at the same time as us. Sunday, October 20th between 1-3pm. Portions were small for the price and 3/5 items in our order were burnt. To which Management stated she checks all the food prior, then once I showed her what the kids left in burnt crust and pretzels, she made every excuse in the book how it was my fault I didn't cancel my order for waiting so long so would charge me for everything. There was clearly a whole story from arrival to departure though the best part was my kids even got to experience the colorful words the manager was yelling at her own Staff for all the patrons to hear from the bar. Our table got to watch 3 other tables up and leave due to the wait and see other parents go up to the staff to inquire about the wait times in complete frustration. Out of all the different owners, staff and management we've experienced at this location, the current manager is the worst. See below for the margarita pizza my kids were served after an hour wait. They were so hungry and this pizza barely served 4 kids

We used to love this place, but if I could give zero I would. Been going to Monkey 9 for years now, best wings, best price, good vibes. One of our favourite spots. Seven 10 social is anything but. Horrible service. We waited 15min to be greeted, another 15 for one of our drinks and another 10 after that for the other drink. Jumping from $17 to $25 for wings is crazy and they came out dry and cold. Our server was extremely slow. We didn't get quality checked, there were dishes all over tables and we only noticed 1 staff member actually working with any sense of urgency. We’re honestly in shock at the unfortunate turnaround of this place compared to our past experiences. We won’t be back and if you haven’t been I would recommend choosing somewhere else.

Food is not much better than McDonalds but half decent none the less. If you are going to the movies though or bowling you do get a discount which is nice. If your not going to either probably not worth it

David is so nice young guy that he is outreaching to recommend to beers and he suggested that we are eligible to enjoy a 15% discount on the food if we have are seeing the movie right away in the adjacent Silver Cineplex in the same night!! It’s soo caring and encouraging to dine in here and take a jar of draft beer with two serves of the dry ribs ????…the boy’s caring service deserves a 5 stars evaluation!! I highly recommend this place especially in a weekend night before a night movie!!! Great service and best location! Great beers and promotion! Coming back again!

Used to like this place when it was still Monkey 9 brewing. Went today for the first time as Splitsville and it was very disappointing. We were a large party reservation and my fiancée and I arrived first.

Upon being seated at our table was still sticky and had bits of paper napkins stuck to it. Then when water was brought to us, we got glasses of water and then the rest of the table got clear plastic cups (kinda odd since the two of us got served actual glasses).

While waiting for everyone else to arrive we ordered a couple of appies and were dissatisfied with what we received. We ordered the pull apart garlic bread and coconut fried shrimp. The "garlic bread" was basically just 6 small brioche buns with cheese on it, the only thing "pull apart" about it was just separating the buns individually. The buns were soft instead of crusty like what a garlic bread should be. The coconut fried shrimp was even more of a disappointment. For $14.50 we got 7 puny breaded shrimp that looked like something bought from the frozen section of a grocery store. The sauce dip was very liquid and didn't stick to the shrimp like a dip should.

Everything else we ordered in terms of drinks and mains were very average, but for the mentioned reasons above we will not be returning.
