One of the worst experiences ever in my life. The staff that work here have zero care in the world and ignore customers. 10 minutes for 3 drinks when he bartender and manager stand around talking and swearing. Our meal sucked, and the server never asked how our meal was nor did we get offered refills. The food was overcooked and looked like I could have gotten the same at 7-11 for half of the cost and none of the frustrating staff. There was never a smile, staff on the phones or flirting with customers. The only thing good is that size of their TV projector. The bathrooms were filthy and smelled like urine everywhere and looked like no one has cleaned it for months!!!!

Came in early evening of family day. Bartender was too busy talking to a friend for any kind of service but gladly poured numerous drinks for himself. Then the chef and an a plain clothes girl went behind bar poured themselves shots of liqour. Servers swear to each other and do not give any attention to detail. I watched the chef pouring shots and I can only assume was the manager or maintenance person cooking not in uniform and wandering around. Note no hat no hairnet. This is a staff party mentality not anything professional . It would explain why it is dead in here. Absolutley no direction or proper management. I wonder how much liqour does not get counted for. Thank god not my payroll !!! I gave 3 stars to some of the line cooks as they actually were working hard and my food was decent.

I can't rate the food because we didn't eat here. But the beer was foul. We ordered 3 pitchers of lager to share with friends. It smelt off (strong yeasty smell and kind of stinky, like sweaty gym shoes). It had a very bad after taste as well. The manager did try to rectify the situation by pouring us 3 new pitchers of beer (thank you for that) but the beer still tasted skunky. A majority of our table couldn't finish their beer.I took a look at the brewery (kettle and tanks) and everything looked pretty dirty. Save your money and go to a better brewery.

We really enjoyed this place. Came here before (and after) bowling. Bowling was not a great experience but this brewery/restaurant was pretty good. Mexican lager was very good and food was good. Staff was friendly and good service.

I’ve just walked out of this place with my family. We were completely ignored by the hostess. He didn’t even looked at us when we came in. Then he decided to help the 2 older people that came after us. Not sure if it was because I was there with my kids? Anyways, we are never coming back!

Loud bar with multiple TVs and heavy metal music. Cold crab cakes and fatty thin fish finger tacos. Not worth the money or the calories Surly hostess who didn't crack a smile. Given a dirty plate and that should have warned us right there to leave.

From the first impression with the surly young woman hostess who could barely talk to us or even smile we should have run! The crab cakes were stone cold and the fish tacos were all greasy batter and very little fish, the bar staff and waiting staff were scruffy and slovenly. Our server was a young man who was very pleasant and looked after us but overall experience was not good. We dined at the spaghetti factory next door the prior evening which was fantastic in comparison.

The food, it’s totally fine. Nothing exceptional but it’s alright. It’s a bit too pricy for what you get. You will most likely be waiting a long time for your food.I’ve come here a few times and this last time was the last straw for me unfortunately. We ordered 3 burgers, pasta, and fish and chips. A pretty average order I think. It took a little over an hour to get our food. We were nearly about to leave. It kinda sucks because it’s a decent place.Take a risk if you’d like!

I arrived a few minutes past the restaurant's opening time (12:10). Upon arrival, I observed that four tables, including ours, were already occupied. However, our wait for someone to take our order was unusually prolonged. The duration was so extensive that we eventually approached the hostess to inquire if our server would be attending to us. I want to emphasize that our server handled the situation admirably and was quite attentive. The challenge seemed to stem from the fact that there were only two servers and one hostess, which appeared insufficient to manage the workload, especially given the early hour. Moreover, it was apparent that the kitchen was experiencing a backlog as well, considering the delay we experienced.Unfortunately, our food (consisting of just two dishes) didn't reach our table until 12:50. This timing posed a difficulty as we had plans to catch a movie at 1:00. The process took nearly 45 minutes for us to be served a simple Caesar salad and a pasta dish. Instead of savoring our meal on-site, we unexpectedly found ourselves having to pack it up to take away. Given our relatively early arrival, it was unexpected that it would take nearly an hour to serve two dishes. It's noteworthy that it wasn't even a bustling movie weekend like during the showings of Barbie and Oppenheimer, yet our service during those times was superior.Evidently, the operational aspect of the restaurant is where the issue arises.Having visited this establishment on four occasions, this disappointing experience is an anomaly. Unfortunately, this encounter has left a negative impression, and we won't be returning.

I was hanging out here just before my movie at Silvercity...1. The place was pretty neat and tidy2. Ambience was nice and calming with baseball matching running on screen3. The staff kept a check on our needs and feedbacks throughout the dining experience4. They also shared their recommendation and kept me informed of any delays in the arrival of food5. I did try their Pan seared Salmon with aspartame and mashed potatoes with dill sauce (which tasted exceptionally good)6. I also tried their Margherita which was pretty nice

I ordered the jambalaya. It seems to be a good dish with lots of meat and delicious ingredients but it is so spicy hot that I am not really able to enjoy it. I will likely try it again, but next time will ask if they can turn down the heat so I can actually taste the flavour.

We have been going here for a few years for the soft pretzel. It has been replaced with timbit sized pretzel balls soaked in butter. Lacking rock salt. Their "cheese" sauce is now lacking cheese. The cajun pizza didn't have any cajun spices. The server was very slow and forgetful. He brought the table next to us a white wine when they ordered a red and he brought us a soda water when we ordered cranberry. They appeared to be low on staff (aren't we all) and it took over 20min to get our orders placed. The kitchen was quick.

The Czech lager on tap is unacceptable. I'd be surprised if this brewery ever cleans their lines. That being said the server very kindly returned our beer without question. The food was decent and service was good and quick. Unfortunately our visit was plagued by the beer. Would not recommend for that reason.
