$5/cup of Filter Brew Coffee, I couldn’t choose Nutty, I had to choose Fruity, it tasted sour and not fragrant enough, I didn’t like it, I had to press the coffee pot with my hand to brew the coffee??No, Barista will tell me about their specialty coffee, no There is no table or stools in the service. I just wanted to go and have a cup of coffee to relax. I already felt uncomfortable after buying the first cup of coffee. I had to sit down and sigh slowly. How could I buy a second cup of coffee? There is no next time. I would like to advise you. Don’t be fooled❌

While looking for a specialty coffee roaster to replenish our coffee supply, friends mentioned Moving Coffee.We purchase a bag of Hernandez Geisha W (226g net weight for $44) to try.

Usually prior to starting a new bag of beans, we weigh the beans as we move them to a vacuum canister from the bag it came in. Sometimes the weight may be off by a gram or two, which is no big deal as it could be our scale or the roaster's scale. We were expecting 226g (more or less a gram or so off), but what we got was 207g. We weighed it with another scale just in case and realized that we were indeed severely shorted-- 19g is a lot; we essentially lost a single cup of coffee.

Net weight means the weight of the goods, excluding packaging. Did y'all include the bag in the total weight?

Moving Coffee haven't responded back about the shortage. A friend who also ordered a bag of coffee was shorted, but not as bad as losing 19g. This is certainly not our scale's issue, but how Moving Coffee weight their products. It's a shame as the Hernandez Geisha W was quite good. Fortunately we only ordered one bag of coffee beans. Never ordering from them again.

The cars and coffee is a great event to attend and I never know what is better the cars or the coffee. Had the morning whiskey and it blew me away with the flavour. So good would definitely recommend.

Zero professionalism. Zero care for customer service. I’ve never been treated so poorly at any coffee shop .If you’re looking for a nice coffee shop experience, avoid this place at all costs. You'll get better service from a vending machine : ) Both the coffee and the service SUCKS.

When we arrived, the owner was engaged in a conversation with another person and didn't acknowledge us, even though we were clearly waiting to be served. It felt quite awkward standing there, unsure if we were ever going to be helped. Additionally, the location is rather inconvenient and hard to access, which adds to the overall frustration. Unfortunately, this visit did not live up to expectations.

Amazing spot for the coffee connoisseur/snob!

This is where you go, to get the full experience of coffee, without destroying the bean's true flavour with sweeteners and/or dairy.

Shop owner Edmond was super friendly and welcoming, as well! A true coffee and car enthusiast ✌?

WORST Customer Service ever. Terribly rude and ARROGANT owner.

Their website said complimentary shipping across Canada for orders over $45.
We ordered $100 ish worth of coffee beans and have them delivered to our place. One bag was missing.

We contacted the owner. First thing they do was to asked a friend of mine (who briefly worked for them as delivery before) to just pick it up and hand it to me. We rejected and kindly asked them to use the same delivery method and drop it off at my building concierge. They first rejected and insisted bringing me the bag of coffee face to face lol And then all in a sudden texted me saying they are shipping the coffee with FedEx the next day.

A week later, I still didn’t hear anything. All I saw on fedex is that they have my package and there’s no estimate delivery date. I contacted the owner again. He said that means they lost the package.

He then said due to the complexity of the area I live, they won’t offer internal delivery again. (But I live in a condo in the central area of Metrotown and we have people at the concierge 24/7) and he doesn’t feel confident sending me with fedex either….

So he suggested to give me just store credits and asked me to swing by their “HEADQUARTER” which is the garage store to pick it up when I have time LOL (then why would I spend over a hundred to get shipping if I still have to run around just for a bag of coffee beans and that’s not even my fault in the first place )

I asked them again if it’s possible to just deliver it the way you guys always do, I don’t care whatever it is. I just need the coffee. And I ask is it true that you guys will never deliver to the same address and nearby area ever again like what they mentioned. If that’s the case then I might need a refund. Store credits won’t help if I am ordering with the same address in the future. Or else, they should figure out a delivery method. He was reluctant to answer and said okay we will just give you a refund!

And it’s been almost three weeks, still no response on whether they will be delivering to me again, no refund, no coffee beans. Nothing. And they just simply ignore the issue.

I think their coffee is okay. Options for specialty coffee are limited here. I always wondered why do they look like they are still struggling when they have been doing business here for so long and all the bad reviews on customer service.
Now I figured. They basically just despise their customers and just don’t bother serving.

3 weeks later. I finally got my pack of coffee beans. All ripped.
