I read some reviews beforehand, so I had a good sense of what to expect — both in terms of drinks and service.
We did the pour-over flight and had a nice variety of beans to choose from. The girl at the counter helped to suggest a third option, but didn’t offer much detail about the beans or tasting notes — mostly letting the labels speak for themselves. For a tasting bar, I was hoping for a bit more guidance...
