Staff is always friendly and the food is amazing. Great atmosphere and the complete restaurant is clean.....even the bathrooms

Food and service okay but got a parking ticket, even after I gave the restaurant my license plate number, as required. Then was told I had to sort it out with the hotel.

Super great time! We came in late night and everyone was still in such a good mood and ready to help us. Our server (the bartender), and the man at the host stand were incredibly nice and personable making our experience 10x better! Food was amazing too! I had taken my boyfriend here for the first time who can be a bit particular at times and he loved everything too! Even days later he's still bringing up how great of a time he had! So excited to come back!

We understand it's a busy time of the year for Mother's day celebration and restaurant is packed. We did reserved way ahead as we live across the street and love Moxies but it took us to ask someone that we weren't served yet for almost 20 minutes upon sitting. They apologized in fairness and gave us a very nice server right away. Manager came to apologize as well and gave us our drinks complimentary just to make up. We are not asking for freebies but in a way it's a very nice and fair enough gesture. We always celebrate special occasions with this location as we live in the area so rest assured that we will give another try. Overall, we were able to celebrate Mom's day full and satisfied. Our server was a bit inattentive as we only saw him when he brought our food and after waiting and asking for the bill which we ended up asking g someone else for it.

We were here to celebrate my mom‘s birthday. I had this reservation for a while. I will start by saying the food was really good however, our experience besides the food was super poor our server was never around. We constantly had to look for someone. At one point we were looking for the manager, and he was at another table, eating a guests food (probably a friend). My mom was quite upset with how her dinner went, and she even told the server that the service wasn't very good. After that our server was still nowhere to be found. the part that was really frustrating. Was when we got the bill there was an 18% gratuity added, which no problem we were a larger table, but the server did not let me know and the first option was to put in a tip on the machine so if I hadn't really checked the bill well I would've double tiped. It really leaves a sour taste in your mouth.

Food was always good. But wish there will be lunch special or options. Bit got pricer. Wish the music is more calm.

Our server is Alyssa. Very friendly. One thing that stands out is she listened to the needs of her customer and tried her best on her own simple way to make it right. Example, whenever i go eat at Moxies, I always order my fave, White Choco Brownie; im a fan since 2005. So I know by heart, what it looks like, how the presentation suppose to looks like, texture, etc..... Since then, im disappointed coz Moxies makes it differ everytime. So I informed Alyssa that I would like my Whole white choco brownie w/ No Whip. And she ask me right away, “would u like to substitute that with ice cream instead?” I was suprised! I told her She is the only Server at Moxies who offer that to me. And I told her if she can make sure that the scoop of the ice cream is the actual original scoop for the “whole” brownie size bec i told her, sometimes I do get a size of the scoop like the “Bite” of brownie( whc is not suppose to). The only thing thats missing is the Mint leaf on top of the ice cream! (its missing! lol) Kudos to Alyssa! We had our lunch that time and looks like all the branch managers, senior leadership of Moxies wer there having a meeting so please Moxies, try your best to make the dishes on your menu To Look the same as the photos; so your customers wont get disappointed once they received their food (Expectation Vs reality). I remember way back years 2005/06/07 your Famous White brownie( whole) has 2 scoop of ice cream on the sides, and a whip;; and ur bite of brownie has 1 scoop—-(still now but smaller lol) maybe 2008/09 when recession happened, the scoop became One(lol). Again, not a biggie but thats how I remember it way back thats why Customers love it.

Reservation very convenient and clear, and I also received a confirmation email This dining experience was very disappointing

Great service from Alyssa but when I got home I looked at the bill and she forgot to the See ya Later wine off the bill as they had run out of this product. So I was overcharged for the wine.Food was good.

Moxies has an incredible atmosphere, quiter, best service and quality drinks. Worth the uber ride if you are staying anywhere in Richmond.

El lugar está agradable, casi estaba solo cuando fuimos nosotros, la comida bien, sin ser la maravilla pero nos tocó una mesera de lo peor, mala cara etc, solo por eso no volvería, su atención fue lo peor en cuanto a servicio de mi viaje a Vancouver y a whistler

Only 1 waitress serving for less than approx 6 tables. We had to wait at reception area, no reception / waitress there. Quite disappointed for the servicing, after couple of mins standing, we were led to a table. That should be perfect if we can easily get order, same as our arrival, we had to wait for the only one waitress walking past. What a ridiculous! It's not a busy hour but we found it's not customer friendly environment. We booked 1:30 pm on Sunday lunch.

Had a great time at Moxie's! The food was delicious, and our server Brynn made the experience even better. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal.
