Super great time! We came in late night and everyone was still in such a good mood and ready to help us. Our server (the bartender), and the man at the host stand were incredibly nice and personable making our experience 10x better! Food was amazing too! I had taken my boyfriend here for the first time who can be a bit particular at times and he loved everything too! Even days later he's still bringing up how great of a time he had! So excited to come back!

We understand it's a busy time of the year for Mother's day celebration and restaurant is packed. We did reserved way ahead as we live across the street and love Moxies but it took us to ask someone that we weren't served yet for almost 20 minutes upon sitting. They apologized in fairness and gave us a very nice server right away. Manager came to apologize as well and gave us our drinks complimentary just to make up. Our server is Alyssa. Very friendly. One thing that stands out is she listened to the needs of her customer and tried her best on her own simple way to make it right. Example, whenever i go eat at Moxies, I always order my fave, White Choco Brownie; im a fan since 2005. So I know by heart, what it looks like, how the presentation suppose to looks like, texture, etc..... Since then, im disappointed coz Moxies makes it differ everytime.
