So good had classic burger very yum. The shrimp salad it was great I did mention to waiter that some feta cheese and avacado would have made it even better. The mango dome was delicious really enjoyed our dinner. Our last night in Vancouver before heading home to Auckland New Zealand
Worst experience I have has in a restaurant in years. We have a group of 9. More than an hour from the time the first person got their food to the last person at our table. They said if was the chef's night off. No excuse for service this poor. Will never go back.
The reviews that say the food is bad, are very misleading. Ordered the wings, calamari, & truffle fries. They were all delicious ! Calamari was especially fresh. Note: this restaurant is in a hotel
The staff was super nice and it was super convenient as it was part of the hotel. My only issue was the baked lasagna. It came out in a ceramic dish swimming in butter. There was so much butter that I could only stomach a bite or two because it was unappealing.

The quality of the food doesn't match the price to me, might just be because Vancouver is expensive. Really fast service though, so if you're exhausted it's fine.

We were staying in the hotel and decided to have breakfast there before hitting the road. Wish we had gone there for lunch or dinner, but the poor reviews made us hesitant. So sad because we had a wonderful breakfast experience! Fast friendly service and the food was good! Coffee was superb and was refilled often. Breakfast sandwich was picture perfect and tasted great too! No complaints and proof to take reviews with a grain of salt
Limited menu, but the stack house burger was juicy and delicious. The soup and grill cheese sandwich was right on point. The service .. the team was very friendly and attentive. The restaurant was clean and comfortable just as you would expect from being inside of a hotel.

Took a good while before anyone came to the “please wait to be seated” sign, I ordered the classic burger and fries with a Caesar salad and the burger was one of the worst burgers I have had. Barely any sauce and the patty was one of the cheapest frozen burger patty you can get , fries were cold and card board tasting. Caesar salad was the best part of the dinner ?♀️Do not recommend. Almost $40 and it was disgusting.

Lovely place but food is terrible!! My sister had the squash ravioli, and they were tough to eat and drenched in pure butter!! Disgusting!!
Thank you all the hosts and servers serving us that evening. They provided exceptional services that allowed us enjoying the dinner and time there. Highly recommended Mozzarella for anyone who would like to celebrate a special occasion with friends and family.
Where’s the zero stars option. Rude, slow staff…clearly under new management.
