Omg the pretzel is mind blowing!!! Been passing by this place for many years until friend of mine showed me this. I had the Parmesan one and it’s hot and covered in Parmesan snow, it’s soft but not greasy. Also tried the Cinnamon one and it’s yum too, I’ll probably get it every time when I’m there from now on.

July 9th 2024 745 pm store closes at 9pm they can’t make any more bite size, i went to the bank to get cash because their debit wasn’t working. Takes 30 minutes to make bite size…. Where is the customer service these days. These employees rather be on their phones steal company time than actually do the work they were paid to do. Hire some real workers maybe your sales will go up.

Thought the place was closed but as I walked up I saw two girls hiding/sitting in the corner on their phones. I thought it was their break so I walked around the mall and shortly around an hour I came back and they were on their phones hiding in the corner again. They don’t wanna work clearly as it looks like the stall is closed. Hiding from customers

I was a recent customer at Mr. pretzel shop at richmond Centre and I bought a pretzel around 4:30 PM on April 11. It was two girls working behind the stand and I got served by white girl with brown hair and brown eyes. Her attitude with terrible. When I first asked to buy a pretzel, she ignored me for a while, and was on her phone, calling someone that I did not know. I personally think it’s not acceptable to make calls during work and ignore the customer. She kept on rolling her eyes on me and sometimes even refusing service when I asked for extra toothpick. I haven’t done anything to upset her and her service to me which is insane and it put me in a bad mood for the rest of the day. This is happened multiple times at this location with multiple different employers, and I have bought from this placer a total of three times. I think it’s crazy how you guys have this type of employees to serve customers. I am emailing you guys to inform you guys about the situation and how people are served at that location.

Came to get 1 pretzel combo, 1 cheese stick combo and one pretzel on its own. Even after repeating myself 3 or 4 times she still got my order wrong. Then charged me a second time saying she didn’t charge me enough, then for the third time called me over again and said she still charge me wrong and was going to do a refund and charge EVEN more than I had already paid. Overall had an attitude as well which I didn’t appreciate. Definitely won’t be coming back..
