Omg the pretzel is mind blowing!!! Been passing by this place for many years until friend of mine showed me this. I had the Parmesan one and it’s hot and covered in Parmesan snow, it’s soft but not greasy. Also tried the Cinnamon one and it’s yum too, I’ll probably get it every time when I’m there from now on.

The staff at Mr. Pretzel is incredibly friendly and welcoming! They always greet you with a smile and are happy to answer any questions you may have. Their positive attitude adds to the overall enjoyable experience of indulging in their delicious pretzels.

Mr. Pretzels is AWESOME!! Absolutely love them, so was very happy to see the kiosk in the mall!The only reason they get less than 5 stars is due to the lady staff member who was staffing the kiosk when we went there. No other customers around, yet we are standing there waiting for her to take our order and she is farting around moving dishes and such around and cleaning up or preparing something. These are things she should be doing on her own time when no one is waiting to be...
