This is the best chicken pot I’ve ever had! It’s savory and rich, and the delicious taste lingers for days—I could still enjoy it even a week later! I really love the pot and dishes served here. I have been there many times and recommended to all my friends.
However, I heard that the manager is leaving this month and has sold the place. I sincerely hope the flavor doesn’t change.
As for the service, I didn’t experience anything uncomfortable. The only issue is that they’re very busy, so some customers may feel overlooked. But this seems to be typical for a traditional Chinese restaurant.

“先吃雞 後火鍋” is a false statement. The taste is good but this is not hotpot at all, just 麻辣燙. Everything is pre-cooked in the kitchen and already mixed in the pot before serving. Some of the food is still raw and the fire is not strong enough to cook it.

It really takes a long time wait at weekends, everyone should try to be there before 6!! They have a waitlist but is moving kinda slow as they seat 2 people party to 4 person table too. But in my opinion, it’s totally worth the wait!!! I love the flavor, next time I would go medium spicy , medium numb for the sauce. There are several sides you can choose to add into the pot, I recommend shrimp, any meat and some veggies. Instant noodles is a great choice too.

The food was OK, it's quite normal and what I expected, the service is quite poor though, often ignoring or being very late with things. One time, they forgot that I ordered rice, and I have to remind them. The place is quite busy, so it's quite loud, and the desk and chairs were ok but not good. The price is also on the high side.
The reception lady was rude af and not welcoming the customers at all. If you hate your job so much then the customer service industry might not be the good fit for you. Me and my wife were treated miserably here. Do not recommend!!!

The proprietress and service staff were very kind and kept changing plates and adding refreshments during the meal. The lobster pot and chicken pot were really delicious! Thank you to the restaurant proprietress for seeing us carrying so much luggage and offering us a private room. So touching!
