It really takes a long time wait at weekends, everyone should try to be there before 6!! They have a waitlist but is moving kinda slow as they seat 2 people party to 4 person table too. But in my opinion, it’s totally worth the wait!!! I love the flavor, next time I would go medium spicy , medium numb for the sauce.
There are several sides you can choose to add into the pot, I recommend shrimp, any meat and some veggies. Instant noodles is a great choice too.

The food was OK, it's quite normal and what I expected, the service is quite poor though, often ignoring or being very late with things. One time, they forgot that I ordered rice, and I have to remind them. The place is quite busy, so it's quite loud, and the desk and chairs were ok but not good. The price is also on the high side.

However, I heard that the manager is leaving this month and has sold the place. I sincerely hope the flavor doesn’t change.
As for the service, I didn’t experience anything uncomfortable....
