Awful service. It was my worst experience in Richmond, and I never want to go there. I ordered 3 boneless chicken, but they got my order wrong as a butterfly breast. They never said sorry and hung up unilaterally when I called them for checking my order.

Great service paired with great nandos peri peri chicken. This location doesnt seem as busy as the other locations so its great to bring my kids here. Its self service like usual and you have to grab your own cutlery, sauces and order up front. Restuarant is clean and has a fun vibe to it.

Disappointed by the service not lots of staff and they dont take care of customers good waited for water over 15m and the food takes so much time,not enough staff to tace care of everyone!!
It was very busy, the wait was long the server at the counter that took our order seemed to be in a bad mood, we would like to come back when it is less crowded,

We ordered a whole chicken with rice and potato wedges today, the price is not bad, only $32 plus taxes. The chicken was well cooked, not dry at all, you get your own utensils and they bring the food to you, it’s like a fast food place but you get a bit of service, they give you cold water without charging you. What more can we ask for this price? I mean today in Richmond, two bowls of pho will cost you $38 plus taxes and tips, very expensive. So when you compare a whole chicken meal for two for only $32 plus taxes. Very Good deal!
