I was in a group party in a partitioned space. The place is popular it is very crowded. There is another party right next to ours so it gets quite confusing when both parties are singing karaoke.

Went there this morning for Dimsum with some friends, We noticed that the people who works there are unfriendly and rude, they don't have good customer service..the food is okey but so bad service..it is our first time going there and all I can say is that we're not going back to that restaurant...

*Worst Dimsum & Customer Service*Went there with family today. Did not feel welcome. Staff arent friendly. Got to the table reserved for us. Very tightly squeezed in a small room, big enough table but not comfortable. Service was bad. We waited for our first order for like 30mins...and when we wanted to order more food we were given a 2nd sheet of dimsum menu so we checked off more items and gave back to the server. Waited and waited but 2nd order never came only to find out they never made it to the order entry and we waited for nothing. We finally called up the manager and manager even blamed us for it. The server denied having taken our 2nd order away, but SHE TOTALLY DID! AND WHO KNOWS WHERE SHE TOOK IT. Anyway, this is our First and Last time at this place. Never coming back. We paid our first order in full. BUT REALLY UNHAPPY THAT THIS FAMILY DIMSUM TURNED INTO THE WORST DIMSUM EVER!

We made a dinner reservation for 7:30pm and ordered the $1088 set menu ahead of time. We have 12 people, 7 adults, 4 children and 1 toddler. Arrive at 7:15pm. We let the hostess know we are all here and was told we are early so we need to wait, understandable. We waited. 7:30 arrives we follow up with the hostess, it doesn't look like our table is ready, so we waited. 8:00pm still our table is not ready. 9:00pm our table was given to another party. 9:15pm we were given a table. There wasn't enough chairs so we waited again. 9:30 we are all finally seated. Food starts coming at 9:45pm. We didn't finish dinner till 11:30 and was the remaining few tables to leave. I understand over booking but this is ridiculous. At the end we still tipped 20% because I know working a Chinese restaurant is hard. It was the staff that took the reservation at fault. For a Michelin guide restaurant, it is definitely for the food and not the service. The atmosphere was so hectic, tables were cramped together it was a fire and evacuation hazard. We were definitely hungry because the food was good and the kids are so much we actually ate everything. Total bill was almost $1380.Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian optionsDietary restrictions: Will cater to all dietary restrictionsKid-friendliness: Can accommodate high chairWheelchair accessibility: Not wheelchair accessible. Tables and chairs are tightly packed that a person can barely get through.

I recently called this restaurant to inquire about available reservation times and the duration of the dinner service. Unfortunately, I made a wrong presumption during the conversation. However, I was taken aback when the staff member I was speaking with called me an idiot before she ending the call. The level of rudeness displayed by their front desk staff towards customers is highly disappointing. It's difficult to have any expectations for their service after experiencing such behavior.

They charged every thing: box and bags and there is a suggested tip which includes everything . My friend is allergic to something and we have told them but they still bring it to us.
