The milk tea now tastes like English tea just a little stronger but tastes nothing like traditional HK milk tea. Food is good though.

Pretty good HK style breakfast and cafe. The portions are generous, and prices are reasonable. You can pay debit without extra charge.
The breakfast A+B combo can feed 1 to 1.5 adults, depending on how much you eat. The hot drink is large too. As for the eggs, I prefer scrambled (they call it fried) eggs.
There's usually long'ish lineups, so you can try ordering over the phone and pickup as an alternative.
Parking is fine since there's plenty upstairs. Seating is a problem on weekend lunches, as there are many other food court stands in Parker Place.

I've eaten there many times and the fried chicken wings are the best.
I ordered take away for the first time recently, and the waiting time was shorter than usual. The clerk confidently said that the chicken wings were in the box, but in the end, there were no chicken wings. The good mood was destroyed.

Terrible place to go. Long line up. Not enough oven for baked dishes have to wait 30-40 mins or an hour for an order. Server missing my order I have to wait for an hour. Servers were overwhelmed with orders and give you this can't care attitude. Phone order even worse server hang up your phone if too busy. Owner is arrogant doesn't like you to change menu not flexible and not friendly. Will not recommend.

Use eggs to fry the rice base for baked rice, the juice will not have a strange smell

Hong Kong style breakfast and snack, but in a food court style. Definitely cannot count on the service as interaction is brief and they do expect you to be efficient like them!
I enjoyed the satay beef with instant noodle. Drinks are great! Other food items are… decent.

The satay beef noodles are quite tasty. The beef is large enough and of good quality but a bit cold. The satay is quite tasty, but the Hong Kong-style milk tea is a bit lacking. It is very bland and has no tea flavor.
