It is inside Parker Place, if you like Hong Kong style cafe, here you go! Satay beef noodles with a drink is my choice.

Definitely one of the best baked pork chop rice and hot milk tea in Richmond. Will come back to try their other pork chop item later!

First time getting take out from One Cafe. I ordered 4 meals for take out. It took about 15 mins and when my meal was ready for pick up the staff left it on the counter. The staff shared bags were not included and it is 25 cents each. I told her why was it not asked when I paid for my meals and I had no problem paying. She said ok and you have to pack your own takeout. It is my first time I have to pack my own take out. They also leave all the soup in the noodles, by the time we started eating the noodles were soggy. In addition we asked for scramble eggs and they gave Sunny sided eggs.Their service was poor. Food quality not good.I do not recommend take out from them

The ingredients are sufficient, but the food tastes too strong, too salty and too sweet

We like this HK cafe for its convenience and fast service. Food is decent and always to standard. It's a great place to have breakfast. This place is inside the Parker Place food court - so it's casual seating everywhere. We don't mind it since you don't need to tip service. My kids usually like the satay beef and we usually like the spiced pork cubes. You can choose the type of noodle or pasta that goes with it. Overall, a nice place to go to if you just want a decent and fast breakfast!

The food tasted fine but gave us food poisoning! My poor 5 year old and 1.5 year old mostly ate the E1 (pork cartilage in Swiss sauce instant noodle)....vomiting, fever, headaches etc...has not been fun

Went there on a busy Saturday afternoon. Ordered baked pork chop on rice to go and was asked to wait 20-25 minutes. Ended up waiting over 35 minutes for my food and ended up giving me baked chicken on spaghetti. Tasted okay but nothing to celebrate. Check your order before you leave.

=== 1. VERDICT/VALUE Maybe it was just an off-day during the holiday season? Maybe it was because it was 3:00 pm during this visit and the staff were tired? It was OK - the constant line-up of people and fellow Yelpers suggest the food should be good...I'll just have to try again as my experience was meh to bad... === 2. FOOD Instant Noodle Combo I chose spam and well, it's hard to screw up. Thankfully, the soup wasn't too salty, the noodles and spam were fine, but I think the sprinkling of mixed vegetables were previously frozen and perhaps should have been thrown into the soup a lot sooner? They were still hard... Fried Instant Noodle Combo I chose the green onion-chicken steak combo: just be prepared for a lot of green onions / strong taste. I'm ok with it, but two thoughts dominate the culinary experience: the noodles were nice but salty and the chicken steak was perhaps cooked too long - unfortunately dry on all sides. The honey-lemon water drinks: yikes! The wrong mix I think - it tasted like some sort of soup was mixed with honey - it wasn't even the correct colour, but the lady at the counter (not the usual one taking orders) made and insisted it was correct. Definitely not like honey-lemon from any other food stall or restaurant in town. The milk tea was ordered with no sugar, but came very sweet - :S === 3. SERVICE Apart from the challenges above, the service of the food was reasonably quick given the very busy nature of the place. English can be used, but the staff member in front was definitely more comfortable with Cantonese or Mandarin. === 4. ENVIRONMENT It's a food stall in Parker Place - so if you like the aged yet bright look, you've got it :). Wheelchairs and baby stroller fit though are a tight squeeze. I wish you luck in the parking department as it's often busy and the spots seem more narrow than normal parking spots.
