I had a very disappointing experience with this bakery’s customer service. I ordered a cake for my baby shower through Instagram, filled out their order form, and even circled the exact cake design I wanted. One of the questions specifically asked what I wanted written on the cake, and I clearly provided the name of my baby shower theme.
When I picked up the cake, it had “Happy Birthday” written across the middle—completely different from what I requested. My theme was placed on an edible tag that wasn’t even part of the original cake design I selected. When I asked them to fix it, they told me their chef had already left. I requested a partial refund since the mistake was completely on their end, but they refused and insisted it was my fault for not specifying that I didn’t want “Happy Birthday” written on it...
I even showed them my order confirmation, which clearly stated what I wanted written, yet they still refused to acknowledge their mistake. I asked if they could remove or cover the text with fruits or something similar, and they added a few pearls—which still shows where “Happy Birthday” was piped.
For such a special occasion, this was incredibly disappointing. I won’t be ordering from them again.

I ordered the Strawberry Lychee Cake from #onecakeboutique, and the flavour was my personal favourite—it was a huge hit with all my friends and family! The cake itself is outstanding; the flavours are rich and complex, and I highly recommend it! However, I must mention that the attitude of the two staff members I interacted with needs improvement. When I was inquiring about cake details and placing my order, they seemed unwilling to introduce the products, giving the impression that they didn't really want to take the order. I hope the front-line service can be improved so that customers can have a pleasant ordering experience along with their delicious cake.

I was in the area and was craving cake. Came in and got a slice of the rose lychee. Pretty cakes to look at, too bad the flavour was a disappointment. The cake was dry and the cream was thick, tasted almost like thick old butter..not a good texture. The lychee pieces inside were dry. Maybe I was sold old cake? I couldn't finish it. I expect places to sell fresh baked cakes... it didnt even taste like day old cake, more like 2+ days. Will not be returning there for more cake.

I even arrived half an hour later, and the cake was still not ready. This caused a significant delay, and unfortunately, the birthday party ended before we even received the cake. When I asked the staff why the cake was not ready on time, I was told that there were “too many cakes to make.” With all due respect, that is exactly why I placed a pre-order in advance to ensure the cake would be ready at the agreed-upon time. This explanation felt more like an excuse than a solution, and it added to my frustration. Overall, this experience has left me very dissatisfied, and I will not be ordering from your store again. I hope you take this feedback seriously so no other customer has to go through something similar, especially on a special day meant to be celebrated.
