I am very disappointed with my recent experience at your store. I had pre-ordered a cake for my daughter’s birthday with a pickup time. I even arrived half an hour later, and the cake was still not ready. This caused a significant delay, and unfortunately, the birthday party ended before we even received the cake. When I asked the staff why the cake was not ready on time, I was told that there were “too many cakes to make.” With all due respect, that is exactly why I placed a pre-order in advance to ensure the cake would be ready at the agreed-upon time. This explanation felt more like an excuse than a solution, and it added to my frustration. Overall, this experience has left me very dissatisfied, and I will not be ordering from your store again. I hope you take this feedback seriously so no other customer has to go through something similar, especially on a special day meant to be celebrated.
