Food is disgusting had horrible food poisoning and have been throwing up for hours after eating here avoid this place

Your manager (Manpreet) is the reason why i come back to this osmows again and again. When you are greeted with such humble hospitality you tend to become a permanent customer. And the food is good too but not better than the hospitality.

Edit: I am honestly so sad to come here and change my review from a 5 star to a 1, I would go to this osmows almost everyday when it first opened, unfortunately good things don't last very long. This place started down falling after the first year and its really sad. These days osmows isn't very tasty anymore, the chicken isn't cooked right, contains bones almost everytime, stale and re cooked chicken. what happened to the old osmows, it just seems like none of the workers care to give good food anymore

Worst location I ever visited of Osmow's. Been to many of their locations all over BC, Manitoba & Ontario

They cheap out on food, barely put any chicken even if you pay extra.

They should learn from other location. So disappointed of this location.

I ordered a shawarma wrap with fries from Osmow’s and it looked good, but the overall flavour didn’t work for me. The wrap tasted heavy and the seasoning wasn’t what I expected, so I wasn’t able to finish it. The fries were decent with the sauces, but still not enough to change my mind about the meal. I tried Osmow’s about a year ago and felt the same, so it may just not match my taste preferences rather than an issue with the restaurant. Three stars for presentation, portion size, and service, but the flavour isn’t for me.

My first time trying osmos . Not Happy . I have been to so many shawarma places worst experience. Chicken was over cooked and hard . Rice were hard too. Fries super oily . Pure waste of money

Few days ago around 2 am with my friend, I went to grab something to eat, but I had a very disappointing experience. When I placed my order, the staff member told me they couldn’t make lamb shawarma because they had to then clean the grill and told me to eat chicken shawarma instead as if he is paying for it or giving it to me for free but i don’t want to make scene and was hungry too so we ate chicken wrap. It was still during business hours, so I was quite surprised that they refused service just because of cleaning.

To make things worse, when I asked to use the washroom, another staff member stopped me and said it was closed because he had just cleaned it. He told me not to use it, even though it’s supposed to be available for customers.

I let it slide for the first time but same thing happened today at 12 nov around 1am and I left the store without getting food or anything

My go to place for healthy dinner options. I used the Osmow’s app to order my takeout (take advantage of the daily specials). The app didn’t have an extra pita bread option but when I picked up my order, the restaurant staff gave me the 3 grilled pita bread for free. Thank you for the extra generous gesture (staff that worked on the evening of Nov. 11th). The food was delicious as always and hope more locations pop up in Metro Vancouver.
