This Osmow's branch is a joke. They forget items when you order online! I ordered a lot of chicken shawarma for a party 6 days ago, and they forgot the sauce!!! The chicken ain't good without the sauce! It wasn't even a busy day. I understand mistakes happen on busy days, but the restaurant was completely empty when I picked up my order! I contacted their support email to complain about the incident...guess what? No replies!!!! Seems like customer service is not a thing for Osmow's! NEVER ordering here again!!!

Just a disappointment honestly. I order beef on the rocks and got chicken went back and cashier said she confirmed twice, that was not true. I'll hold my hands up and say if that was true I'd be okay with the chicken. But the fact that the food being cold and not even warm was disappointing. Would like to preface that it was cold from the time of being handed the food to my car.

Chicken was great however the lamb here gave me and my wife an upset stomach.

I went in today specifically to try the daily special and made sure to request "no onions" due to an allergy. I was the only customer in the restaurant and my order was prepared for takeout. Unfortunately, when I got home and opened my meal, I found that the beef was full of onions. This was especially disappointing, If I had known that there were onions on the dish when I made my request, I would have chosen something else entirely. I trust that my request would be taken seriously, but it was not. Please ensure that such details are handled with more care in the future.
I would also like to mention the fact that the food had a really strong sour smell and taste that was really noticeable by other people.

I had been coming to Osmow’s over many years now. I used to go to Bridgeport location until they opened this Ironwood-Steveston location. Late afternoon yesterday, just before putting in the order, I realized that if I ordered by the app, it’ll only cost $7.99 per regular chicken on the rocks with the special promotion at present. However, the lady at the counter told me, “this promotion won’t start until tomorrow”. I took her words for it and went ahead with the orders at the counter.
Sadly, I saw the promotion had already started since January 13, 2025 and still on until February 23, 2025 when I went online to download the app. This is a very disappointing customer service experience for the honesty of Osmow’s staff!

First and last visit to the store. Great food, loved the falafal wrap, but had to deal with very rude staff member. She was unpleasant and rude.

Fast and polite service, and hours are great if you're looking for late night food and don't want burgers. They have daily specials which is always good of you want to just get that and turn your mind off, but watch the spice levels. Even mild has some kick to it, so don't try to be brave and not actually enjoy your meal. Expect your food in less than 2 min.

Used Uber, I ordered lamb on the rocks. The quality of food is ridiculous. This is the second time, and both times, the food was not fresh.
I have tried the Nordel location several times, and we never had any problems with the food.
