I was there on saturday night and really had a great experience with the staff working there specially the manager. Tried osmows for the first time and was bit confused what to get and got chicken ozbox which was worth spending money. The employees seemed to be very professional and were very cooperative as I took almost 10 minutes to decide what to get. Will go there again.

I recently visited osmow's richmond in iron wood Plaza and I had a disappointing experience. The staff called Noor and the lady seemed completely uninterested in providing good service. To my surprise, one of the staff members literally threw my food at me, which was not only rude but also made me concerned about the handling and safety of the food. Unfortunately, this behavior is unacceptable and overshadowed the quality of the food itself. Hopefully, the management will address this issue and improve their customer service standards. 1/5 stars.

Got the Lamb on the Stix with my partner. If you want a fun evening of laughter and the most diabolical farts you'll ever experience... definitely order the Lamb on the Stix with medium spiciness.
10/10 would order again.

I ordered a chicken shawarma wrap and asked for the most mild sauce there was and when I got home and started eating my wrap, the lady working must have put on the wrong sauce (and a lot of it) because it was so hot I couldn't eat it and I'm someone who is used to eating spicy and hot foods.

I had two throw out 2/3 of my wrap because I couldn't eat it, there was too much sauce and it must have been the hottest one because my mouth was on fire and I didn't enjoy it and threw it out.
