Recommend shawarma place. Kashish has excellent customer service, me and my friend went to osmows in evening but we were confused about the menu. She calmly helped us with the menu, and made the best plate with chicken that was with half rice and half fries. She was amazing, great shawarma place ever tried. I like their chicken alot.

I ordered mild chicken shawarma wrap box with pickles, onions and lettuce.
I got an extremely spicy beef without pickles. Not going back to this place.

Super tasty fast food style shawarma, polite and helpful service. Got half & half chicken shawarma. Meat was fine. The hot sauce/spice they use is absolutely delicious and worth giving a try. Their spice level is definitely on the hot side, I ordered medium and found it plenty spicy. “Regular” portion size was a large lunch for me. Will be back!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered two falafel wraps, but was given two chicken wraps instead. My younger brother ate one before we realized the mistake we are strict vegetarians, and consuming meat goes completely against our religious beliefs.
When I returned to the restaurant to address the issue, the manager became defensive and blamed me rather than taking responsibility. I understand that I could have double-checked the order, but a manager should handle such situations with respect and professionalism, not hostility. I’ve never experienced such rude and disappointing service before

The place is clean, staff friendly and helpful. I had a falafel wrap and it was very delicious. My son introduced me to this place and I was very pleased having a new go-to place for quick and delicious food at late hours - this location opens until 2am! Highly recommend Osmow's Shawarma @ Ironwood Plaza Richmond!

I came in with my mom on Thursday, Oct 16th, 2025, between 8:45pm-9:15pm... I wanted to introduce her to Osmow's because just a day before I had gotten her a wrap from this location that she really liked!

Ordering was quick and fast, but I realized I had made a mistake after ordering the chicken on the stix... I had meant to order the chicken shawarma poutine... Gurleen noticed me looking somewhat sheepish when I approached the counter, and asked if she could help me... I told her the mistake I had made. She waved it off, and told me that it was not a problem... Gurleen immediately addressed my issue, and helped me resolve it on the spot! I was super appreciative of her swift action, and how she was kind and genuine in her tone! Thank you immensely Gurleen for helping me out! My mom and I really enjoyed the poutine! 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼😊 Will definitely come back in the near future for the delicious food, and most definitely to this SPECIFIC location because of the superb service- thank you again to Gurleen! 👍🏼✨
