There isn't a lot of food options in the area after the normal dinner time. I was coming back from my night shift and Raymond at this location took my walk-in order even when they were closed for walk-in! The pizzas were tasty as always but the exceptionaly friendly and considerate service warmed and filled not only my stomach but also my heart.
Good food ! Service meh ! Maybe it was a bad day for those employees

We love Panago. Totally worth the extra $$ buuuut, tonight I made an online order, 45 mins later I got a text saying the pizza was on its way! Woohoo, so my kids and I went out front, the kids played while we waited for our pizza. We live in a complex in steveston and my unit is at the entrance. AN HOUR later, still no pizza! Totally out of the norm. I went inside and called panago. They said the driver must have got lost and it would be delivered ASAP. The gentlemen that delivered the pizza, told me to call the call centre and ensure there is a credit on my account. I called panago and was told I would not get a credit because they “attempted” to deliver. Since I received the text, informing me the pizza was on its way. I left my cell inside the house, but I missed a call from the delivery driver, hence no credit as that was her attempt to deliver. Not an ideal experience, I wasted $40+ on a cold, hard pizza. A disappointing experience. Sorry Panago, thumbs down on this one.
