Served cold pizza. Picked up within 10 minutes. Can tell the pizza been sitting there for a while and they just added honey to complete our order. Pizza not fresh. Don’t serve premade pizza.

I parked outside of Panago Pizza for less than 1min. It was night and raining heavily. This lady came out. She shout at me “ YOU CANNOT PARK HERE!” I wasn’t gonna park there for over 2 mins to be fair. I was going to pick up my take out from another restaurant beside it. BUT SHE MADE ME MOVE TO ANOTHER PARKING SPORT. Even they have no customer and 3 empty parking sport. I still don’t understand why she did this to me to ruin my mood.🙃 I guess this restaurant will be loosing potential customer with such rude and arrogant manner.

We ordered a veggie Mediterranean pizza and we found olive pits, big choking hazard or we can just have crack ed our teeth, and very happy we didn't give any to our 19 month old daughter!!!!!

Vegetarian options: The vegetarian pizza was tasty with lots of mushrooms.
They nailed it. I used to work panago 20 years ago, this was the first time I've seen a franchise make a perfect pizza. Delivery was fast, everything was fantastic.
They make great pizza and the owners were very kind when my girlfriend and I came in.

I just got kicked out of the Panago because I was sitting on the chair waiting for a friend. “This is not a coffee shop”he said”. I understand that but then why is there a chair and a table there waiting for someone to sit? They could have asked nicely too. Wonder if my skin color had anything to do with it.

Well staffed by super friendly and helpful people. I picked up 8pc wings among other things. The lady working tonight let me know that they put in 9pc because one of them was smaller than they’d like (I think that was the explanation, but I may have misunderstood the reason). Husband devoured them without notifying any size discrepancies. But I do appreciate the thoughtful, kind gesture, and the yummy dinner! Highly recommend this Panago location run by honest, hardworking folks who went the extra mile for us.
