Not sure why the ratings are so low, but I had the best customer service experience at a pizza place. Not only the pizza and chicken wings are outstanding, the best I ever had so far, people who served me are super nice。
The only thing I don’t quite understand is that this place does have their dedicated parking spaces, but they use traffic cones to block them all. I had to get off the car to remove them. Aren’t your customers welcome to park there?

Absolutely terrible experience today. I was about to park in the back lot when one of your employees came out speaking Cantonese in a very rude and abusive manner, even using profanity towards me. This kind of behavior immediately made me decide not to come back to this pizza place, no matter how good the pizza might be. It really shows that an employee represents the company's overall image, and if their staff acts this way, then the company's products—like the pizza—probably aren't that great either. I hope the management addresses their staff's conduct.

Worst Panago I’ve ever been to. They refunded my order but definitely ruined the experience. I’ve been eating Panago for more than 10 years and In different provinces. I was craving some tonight and then I remember why I haven’t eaten it in months because last time I order from here after the first bite I threw it out and said what the hell was that. Total shame because my loyalty to this place was unquestionable. Now when asked about my favourite pizza franchise I don’t have an answer

I'm not sure why this pizza joint has such a low rating!! I ordered on Sunday Jun,8 around 12 at night for pickup they helped bring the food out, they were super friendly with great pizza. Thank you

When I parked in their parking stalls and began unloading my baby, the staff opened the door and warmly greeted me. They kindly offered my baby a complimentary juice when I completed my payment and even assisted me in carrying the pizza to my car. Beyond their outstanding service, the pizza itself was excellent—delicious, flavorful, and perfectly crispy. Without a doubt, a five-star experience.

I parked outside of Panago Pizza for less than 1min. It was night and raining heavily. This lady came out. She shout at me “ YOU CANNOT PARK HERE!” I wasn’t gonna park there for over 2 mins to be fair. I was going to pick up my take out from another restaurant beside it. BUT SHE MADE ME MOVE TO ANOTHER PARKING SPORT. Even they have no customer and 3 empty parking sport. I still don’t understand why she did this to me to ruin my mood.🙃 I guess this restaurant will be loosing potential customer with such rude and arrogant manner.
