Inside Parker place you will find this BBQ house. It gets very busy, so expect to line up. The meats are displayed nicely, and you can choose the cut that you want. The butchers are very friendly and helpful. Don't hesitate to ask if you are not sure what's what. It's in a very small store, so line ups will always go into the mall. Staff are very clean, all with hair nets and gloves.

Finally got to try this popular roast meat place that always has a line! Luckily, the wait wasn’t too long — about 10 minutes. Watching the chef skillfully slice the meat was impressive. I bought the honey-glazed BBQ pork and the honey pork jowl. Unfortunately, I forgot to take photos, but if you love a rich honey flavor, you have to try the pork jowl — it’s absolutely delicious! 😋
