One of the few places tat serve good quality Cantonese dishes.
Parking can be challenging in the strip mall during busy times. Street pay parking available
Baked Pork chops with tomato sauce the best! Must order every time 😆
Service is decent for a HK place. The laksa noodle soup was medicore. Soup was bland and noodles were ok. Decor wasn't too comfortable. My friend's 3 set meal was good. The other customers say the baked pork chop and tomato sauce on rice is good.
Decent HK style cafe that's slightly more cost effective than others around. You can get the combo of a rice/noodle dish with a hot drink for $15.99-16.99 for select items.
Tried the beef noodle, pork chop baked rice, and ox tongue spaghetti, and they were all pretty decent.
They had the discount in April if you ate during the weekday.
Main issue here is parking because there aren't many spots, and quite a few spots are marked for specific restaurants. So definitely recommend to eat early lunch or dinner to avoid this hassle.
Good luck with the roasted pig, a solid cup of milk tea, and a good service attitude. Recommended restaurant

Came to this restaurant as my wife said the restaurant recently re-opened (due to renovations) and had 20% off (till Nov 16th).
This is a Hong Kong style cafe and most of their dishes comes with a drink. I ordered the hot milk tea and it was pretty good. Nice and smooth. My wife ordered the laksa and I ordered the baked pork chop rice.
The laksa was very tasty and had plenty of ingredients. My wife said that it came with roasted chicken instead of just chicken breast which was appreciated. However the baked pork chop rice was a little disappointing. The deep fried pork chop was really good as it was crispy and not too fat or too lean. However there was not enough sauce and the rice (which is typically fried rice) looked like it was just plain or the attempt to make fried rice out of it was lacking.
Overall it was an ok eating experience. Next time will try their fried noodles or their combo rice options.
Parking: 2 parking levels ... harder to find parking on ground level if you ear later in the day so go to 2nd level.

Love their hk style milk tea and have been here multiple times. But they forgot to make our baked dish and wouldn't admit they missed it, and just said baked dish take extra time. The table next to us came after us and got both their baked rice already when we first inquired about ours (I was even finished eating our first dish already.) The second waitress we asked said it was coming soon, but then it came out 10 min afterwards. So obvious it was missed. No sorry from anyone. I get that people make mistakes, but it's frustrating to not be acknowledged.

I saw their FB ad saying they were reopening and offering 20% of everything so worth a try. This HK style Cafe or cha chaan teng is an okay option in this area where you can find so many other types of cuisines as well. You are on Alexander Rd after all. The dishes we ordered came with comp hot drinks. We ordered a HK hot milk tea and a HK coffee/tea mix as drinks. As to food we had the Lakhsa and the Baked pork chop rice. Food arrived way before our drinks which is kind of odd to us. Also to mention we had to "inquire" about our drinks as we were into our meals. Lakhsa was surpsingly good but the baked pork chop rice was alright. 2 chunks of real tomatoes but the sauce wasn't cheesy enough I would say. They did fry the rice with some frozen veg.
All in all worth trying with their discount for the week but not sure if I'd be dying to go back again. It was overall an ok HK style cafe to tryout if in the area.
Parking: Indoor temperature wasn't adjusted well so the condensation on the windows was noticeably visible. Overtime the excess moisture won't be good I'm sure.

If you are curious and have never tried Hong Kong style French toast, this would be the place to try it. The texture here is perfect. Crispy on the outside (but not over done and crunchy) and soft on the inside. The filling they have here is custard and not the traditional peanut butter and condensed milk, but it is mouth watering. The next item we highly recommend is the pineapple bun with kaya butter - there's no way to describe this other than "you have to get it to know" ??
Wheelchair accessibility: It is too tight and cramped for any form of wheelchair accessibility

Not once or twice. Some waiters have bad attitudes and extremely poor service.

Ordered the portuguese chicken on rice. Love that they give quite a bit of sauce to go with your rice.

It was relatively empty when we arrived, the staff were very friendly. We ordered the beef brisket curry and the pan fried rice noodles with beef in a black bean sauce. The rice noodles were delicious, although a bit on the oily side. The curry tasted rich and pasty, with notes of cinnamon or cloves to sweeten it up. The Ovaltine tasted slightly diluted. I probably won’t order it again.
