What sets Pho 37 apart even more is the exceptional service. There are always at least 10 staff on the floor, attentively scanning the room to make sure no table is left waiting. Whether you need a refill, a takeout box, or your bill, someone is there almost immediately.
The restaurant itself is large and spacious, which means there’s rarely any wait time even during busy hours. They also offer a 10% discount on Mondays, which is a nice bonus.
While prices are slightly higher than some other pho spots, the quality of food, service, and overall experience make it well worth it. Highly recommended.

From the moment we walked in, he made sure we were comfortable, helped us choose the best dishes, and checked in often to make sure everything was perfect. His friendly attitude and attention to detail truly stood out and made the whole experience way better. The food was great, but thanks to Frank, the service was unforgettable.

Went here last week, the interior is absolutely gorgeous and everything is well maintained. The food was pretty good but not the best pho i've had, the service was alright but just a bit slow.

I ordered a number 21 lemongrass chicken and spring rolls with vermicelli and also prawn salad rolls. Delicious and happy with the portion size for #21. Ate too fast before taking photos.
Nice big and clean spot. Busy plaza but lots of parking if you're early enough. Alot of staff around ready to serve and be helpful. More relaxed atmosphere than compared to steveston's busy location.

I was here for dinner on November 9th 2024 Saturday and ordered the Special Beef Noodle Soup. It was delicious! I loved it! Especially when I added some chilli oil to my meal. The staff were friendly and had been attentive that evening. Washrooms were very clean and the decor of the restaurant was beautiful!
Heads up, parking at this location can be a nightmare during busy times.

The place was packed when we arrived, no reservations but the turnaround was quick. The service was fast, efficient and friendly. The food was fast, hot and good. I liked how well lit the restaurant was, it added to the atmosphere. We ordered two combination plates, both were delicious. The spring rolls were great! Hot and crispy. The salad was a good size too. I was really impressed by how fast everything was and how it did not affect the food quality. The parking can be tricky especially during peak hours.
