My friend recommended this pho spot and dear lord, it did not disappoint! The portions were massive and the broth was packed with savory flavor. I tried the Vietnamese chicken wings with fish sauce for the first time, and wow—they were perfectly crispy and so addictive. The fried spring rolls were phenomenal as well.
The lemongrass chicken and prawn salad rolls were solid, about on par with other restaurants. But what really stood out to me was how quickly everything came out—less than 5 minutes! The decor also added to the whole experience, making it such a great spot overall. Definitely worth checking out.

Arrived at 11:02 right when they opened and ordered a beef pho to go. Staff said 5–10 minutes, but it ended up being 20. That’s pretty long just for pho, especially since people who came in and sat down after me already got their food.

I am a PHO guy - I can eat PHO for breakfast, for lunch and for dinner, and that everyday. I am very particular and picky when it comes to the taste of the broth of a bowl of pho. Spiritually, PHO 37 takes me back home to Vietnam every time I come for a bowl of pho. There are only two places in the lower mainland of Vancouver I would go for a good authentic vietnamese northern style bowl of pho. PHO 37 and PHO 68. YOU MUST TRY PHO HERE if you want to try authentic vietnamese pho but don't have money to go to Vietnam 😅.

Best Vietnamese food ever!
We ordered the pho and a combination plate with minced shrimp on sugar cane. We also got the banh mi but I forgot to take picture.
Pork is marinated and cooked to perfection. Shrimp is delicious. The pho broth is easily one of the best I’ve ever had! And the meat in the pho was somehow even extra tasty than usual. The sandwich bun is very crispy!
Highly recommend everything! It’s my favorite Vietnamese restaurant now!

The food was always so good especially the broth and I really like the noodles they use. I came again recently and saw they upgraded portion size and type of beef, and it’s amazing for the price! This time I got bun bo hue and pho tai, it’s ~$20 each and the portion size and toppings it comes with is very worth the price! This will always be my favourite pho place.

I couldn’t stop raving about the restaurant's signature: The tuan smoky special pho, the unique tastes in your #37 were unforgettable. Highly recommended for food enthusiasts. It’s a must-try for anyone visiting.
I sat near the leopard, and my table was shaking. I tried to fix it. A server named Brian came to my table to check. Without hesitation, he knelt down, folded the carton pieces, and stabilized my table. A simple customer service like his promptness impressed me. I appreciated that. Brian truly elevated my dinner experience. Keep it up, Brian. You are amazing! Treat him well:)

Super fast service! I swear my chicken vermicelli bowl arrived about 2 minutes after ordering!? This place is faster than McDonalds! The chicken was moist and delicious unlike a lot of dry chicken you can get with vermicelli. The bottle of unlimited fish sauce at the table was a nice touch and they kept refilling my cold water without asking. I'll be coming back here
