Pho 37 in Steveston Highway is hands-down one of my favorite spots for Vietnamese food! This is our favorite Pho 37 location in Richmond. The broth here tends to be less oily than the other branches we've tried (though we still enjoy those too). It's a family-friendly spot with excellent customer service.
There was one visit when I ordered noodle soup with rare beef and beef balls, and it took nearly 30 minutes to arrive—which was unusual. When it finally came, the soup wasn’t as hot as expected, so the rare beef didn’t cook properly....

Really busy lunchtime... my soup tasted burnt n oily because some beef was burnt. They changed it right away with no fuss. Iced coffee was slow they helped us put in to go cups happily. Great service!
