This place used to be ok but it’s been getting worse and worse. I’ve never had a take out rice platter correct - it’s either missing ingredients or the wrong thing (eg. ordered lemongrass chicken but got shrimp).The pho soup is overly salty and sweet, bun bo hue soup is bland. Our last take out order didn’t even have bean sprouts or basil - both of which are pretty standard for pho restaurants.

Stopped by Pho Japolo on a weekday afternoon. It was super hot that day. I ordered a plum soda and it was so yum and legit. The service was quick and the owner was so nice.

On vacation in Van, Got a 70 & 73, shrimps cold, pork cold, noodles cold chicken cold. Restauraunt has old photos still of menu when their food was actually priced for how good it is. They sneakily have their website with old price of $16, google photos show $13.75, which i'd say is the maximum someone should pay for this. But now they charge over $18. No sauce in the food, no flavour really, no way i'll go back to this place & neither should you. The restauraunt is fine but slightly dirty too.

I never ever experienced a bowl of large noodle came with one one beef ball sliced into 4 pieces and cost me $16.00. Sucks and felt cheated !Parking: Not so convenient

Always love going here!! The staff are so friendly and personable! The pho is so yummy and always hits the spot! Best place to go for pho in my opinion ?Vegetarian options: They have dishes that are vegan friendly ?Kid-friendliness: They have high chairs for kids and kid friendly utensils

Good pho... bad sandwich. Pho was huge and tasty. Sandwich... huge chunks of deep fried tofu and disproportionate... very gross actually. Long strands of cilantro stems... where are the leaves . The place was busy so they obviously have some good dishes... but they need to work on that vegetarian sandwich. Maybe go check out Obanhmi on Kingsway to see how a proper vegetarian Bahn mi is made. Sorry just hoping you improve because you're on my block and I would love a close vegetarian bahn mi sandwich every day!
