I hope things are doing ok for your family.Here is the original post below.I love coming here in the mornings, that is when they are open. What do I mean ? Well the owner sets up the shop at 9:30 or earlier but then goes however his staff doesn’t seem to show up. I’ve seen people come and go but they’re not open so customers like today can’t dine there. The amount of customers they potentially lose but worse. Customers are left with a feeling that if it says they’re open then why isn’t anyone there? BTW great breakfast sandwiches which is why I like it there. Only if they’re open.

I love the owners, and the girls that work there. They are such authentic people and so fun to talk to. I go in there every week just to buy their delicious curly fries!! Ignore negative reviews, they're always from people who dont get their way or from straight up Karens lol

We were recommended by our whale tour operators, that this place had great food-to-go with us on the whale watching tour. We bought a veggie and turkey sandwiches. They were terrible. The bread was dry. The cheese looked like fake cheese and the turkey was spoilt. We both ended up throwing out the sandwiches as did many other people. The best part of the meal was the Doritos chips and a soda. They were out of chicken tenders stating that they had not done "groceries" as yet and this was at 12noon. This deli was simply bad in our opinion. We will not recommend.
This is my favorite shop in Steveston, but today the fry was burnt and not as good as other times, I hope it’s gonna get better next time. The price went up by two dollars.

The food is excellent and the staff are super friendly. Plus you have a view of the Fraser! What more could you ask for? Recommend the Spencer’s breakfast bagel!!Vegetarian options: Happy to customize their menu options.

The owner is lovely, as well as her family who help in and around this small but warm, friendly staff who serve fast breakfast, lunch and cool food items, churros, one of my fav's. Don't forget to try out one of the flavored spiral potatoes on a stick, yum! It's right on the walkway. You can eat in, limited seating or sit outside. Can't get enough!Kid-friendliness: Everyone is welcome!
