Delivery driver was late, the food was cold, soggy and there was a hair baked into the pizza. Terrible experience.
Also had to ask them to repeat themselves multiple times in order to understand what the hell they were saying.

Wow, all I have to say. Im from out of town, they were super super friendly , professional, the pizza is omg. They took very good care of me , and took the time to ask where im from what im doing in Richmond. Amazing, I'll definitely be ordering here.

Called to let them know that the pizza was way too spicy to eat. Instead of receiving an apology the lady that answered the phone immediately got defensive and kept saying I was wrong. Speaking over me and was really argumentative and unpleasant.
This was an Uber eats order. Instead of being defensive, apologize and understand that mistakes happen. You made my review go from 3 to 1 because you fought with me for no reason.
I'm not impressed. These reviews must be fake or family friends because not only was the pizza spicy, the cheese was undercooked as was the pizza. I ordered no spice and no mushroom. They delivered on the no mushroom request but there's absolutely jalapeno or something either in the sauce or mixed with the other vegetables.
Instead of telling me I'm lying, apologize. Mistakes happen. I know what I'm tasting. I requested no spice, there is indeed spice. I have a really really low tolerance for spice. I know spice when I smell and taste it. It's not up for debate or justification. No amount of gaslighting is going to change it.
Update: there's literally jalapeno seeds on this.
Don't eat here unless you want undercooked pizza and to be gaslit.
