What a pleasure to finally find a great pizza place in Richmond!

We got Shahi paneer and butter chicken pizzas. What really sets Pizza Factory apart from all the other places that offer similar take on pizza is the sauce. While the crust is good and the toppings are fresh and generous, it's the curry sauce that really elevates their pizzas. It's savoury and spicy without overpowering the dish.

Can't wait to try again with Punjabi style & bottom-up options!

Wow! Pizza so good I could cry😭 Really really delicious and well made! Generous amount of toppings and everything is so fresh. The vegan cheese/veggie options are great and plenty. Omg the veggie Hawaiian is killer! Excellent crust as well. Also the service is friendly and kind. Thank you for making the best pizza in the city!🍕

We had the opportunity to get a few free slices from the Pizza Factory on their annual free-pizza day. What a treat! We loved everything, the p8zza was delicious. Especially, the Butter Chicken Pizza was a revelation...so delicious. We went back and bought a few more slices, and my sister bought meat samosas, which were epic. Prices for the food we bought were very reasonable.

I can't wrote this without praising the family that own and run this shop. They are *so lovely*. It seemed the entire extended family were out around the town handing out flyers, and were hanging around the shop chatting to everyone. You felt really welcome. The one gentleman, perhaps the owner, helped my elderly mother go in to get a slice, helping her walk into the shop and then to sit again after.

Consider me a fan.

I love this place for pizza! I don't live too far from the restaurant, but when I get delivery it is always very hot, fresh and delicious. I got tonight's order in less than 30 minutes.

It’s second time I want to try there pizza I called in there.. I can’t understand their behaviour… on call she said.. I’m not gonna make the new one.. seriously is that way to take order ? … very disappointed.. will never come back…

Drove all the way here at 9:20 pm. Says closes at 10. Lights are off, door is locked. Waste of time.
