Deliver driver was extremely rude. Demanding a tip before I even get a chance to grab my wallet. And went as far as saying that if I can afford to eat out I should tip more. I will take his advice and no longer eat at this pizza hut.

I ordered the supreme personal size pizza. Perfect size for one. It was good, I enjoyed it. The branch I went to in west minister hwy in Richmond is quite old. I was hoping to dine in and changed my mind when I saw the inside.

Not worth dining in and pay $27 for a median pizza and a can of drink. It's more expensive than dining at a good restaurant with two course meal. Practically no one dines there but pickups or with discount coupons to get better deal. I better keep in mind when the buy one get one free deal is on otherwise you are in fact paying $27 for a single pizza that otherwise could have been two.
Parking: Lots of NON CUSTOMERS parked there. There were hardly ANY customers in the restaurant but yet the parking lot was almost FULL! I saw someone parked his van and unloaded stuff and moved it to other nearby building instead.

The ingredients were fresh, and the cashier was very helpful. However, the tables were not clean despite the restaurant not being busy. The atmosphere was nostalgic, but they don't seem to prioritize maintaining it.

Looks like a full dine in Pizza Hut from the outside but it’s not. Take out only.Food is pretty standard pizza quality but this particular location overall is pretty run down. Appears as though the owner isn’t interested investing any more money into this place. Maybe waiting to close down shop and redevelop the land?The service levels aren’t the greatest particularly when it comes to order accuracy.
