Best fast pizza place I've ever tried! This is the second time I've come to Vancouver, and the flavor is just as amazing as I remember. The Meat Lovers pizza is awesome, and the Hawaiian is the best in town. The service is great too. Highly recommend this place for a quick and delicious meal!

This pizza place is awesome….friendly staff with smile on face. It was my first time in pizza pizza and there was a girl who helped me in pizza customization as well as the taste of pizza was so good….the meat supreme pizza with garlic sauce was like lit…thanks for such a nice service by this location. I will recommend everyone should try this😊

I ordered pizza and had asked for it to be well done. I got the pizza, looked okay and when I bit into it, it was undercooked. The inner layer was literally uncooked dough. And I found a wire in my pizza which I’ll post a picture of.

Used to really like this place but yesterday destroyed my trust. I asked for a gluten free pizza, received I guess cauliflower? Destroyed my stomach. I asked for regular cheese, I got vegan which is disgusting and pretty sure contributed.

It was so amazing I can’t believe there are still such amazing customer service in fast food restaurants!!! The manager with her child was sooooooo adorable and I will most definitely be coming back!!!!
Ordered online for a large 4 topping pizza. Waited an hour, called customer service and they said there was a car crash so they were delayed. Realized i put my number in with one wrong digit so the call never came through. Regardless it was over an hour and customer service told us it would be free and delivered soon. Waited another hour and called back, he said the order is on the way and almost there. Waited another 15minutes and called CS again. This time he said he could not get through to the store… and said he will give us credit but only under the wrong number (even after fixing it the first time).
Absolute trash service. Forcing customers to wait 3 hours and then forcing us to receive credit to a wrong number. On top of that i still have to check if my order has been refunded, since the CS worker seemed lost with everything.
EDIT: My only connection that night was with the customer service center as these locations dont have their own line. The store owner took care of the mistakes the customer service rep made. Treated us very well and was very professional. Definitely took care of us, Thank you.

This place has a very good pizza. The staff is very friendly and helpful to find a pizza that suits your taste or in general finding a good offer that suits your situation. The place is unfortunately a bit small to dine in with a group, but not much change about it, due for most places nowadays are designed like that.
I ordered a pepperoni pizza through doordash and paid extra for extra salami. Instead of getting one serving of pepperoni and one serving of salami, the order came as half serving of pepperoni and half serving of salami. I brought this up doordash and they refused to do anything. Then complaint to Pizza Pizza who acknowledged its not up to their standard but they refused to do anything and they push me back to Doordash. Then Doordash again refused to do anything. Its all a scam and of course buyers beware. The gist of it when you order through Doordash there is no guarantee and you will fall within no man's land.
EDIT: despite what the owner's reply below, after reaching out to pizzapizza.ca they still will not deal with the problem and says its a doordash thing. Don't believe the reply..there will be no action from Pizza Pizza

It was quite an amazing experience while ordering as many deals were mentioned by Ada. Food was fresh and Tasty. They have Patio furniture which makes it easy to hangout. Actually, Cherry on cake !! Kuddos 👍🏼👍🏼
