I stayed at the hotel for one night before heading back to Germany. Room, clean, was too small for this price. Room doors are very thin. Housekeeping personnel is not getting informed by front desk when you got the permission from front desk for late-checkout and knocked pretty strong at regular check-out-time on the door. Free parking is availabe. Breakfast is very very basic and personnel is not very communicative.

Miriam is a long time employee and she is fantastic! She is hard working, efficient, and genuinely caring. She’s an incredible asset to the company. The food is good and the hollandaise has definitely improved as they changed the recipe! Great pancakes. I would recommend to come here.

Good service, good food. Eggs Benny is delicious. Decor is minimal, but place is clean and pleasant. Get a good meal every time.

The hotel is located in a beautiful neighborhood by the marina. There is a grocery store across the street and free on site parking. We booked this hotel room to attend the Richmond Night Market. The room was big as it had a queen sized bed, a full bed and a twin. The room was clean and it looked like it was recently remodeled. We stayed at room #4, a corner room directly above their bar. The room provided ear plugs on the night stand by our bed. We didn’t understand why at first, but we quickly found out because it is super loud. We stayed at this hotel on Saturday night and checked out on Sunday morning. The hotel room was super loud when night falls. There is a bar downstairs but it was more like a nightclub with karaoke and loud music. There ere drunk people in our hotel hallway. We couldn’t sleep all night. I was here with my family, husband and baby. I quickly regretted booking this place as it was too loud and rowdy. There is a liquor store at the bottom and the same clerk for the liquor store runs the front desk for the hotel. I do not recommend this hotel for families. You will not get a good night sleep unless you are looking for a place to get drunk and party. This place is horrible for families.
