Visited Press’d Sandwich in Richmond today ( October 8, 2025) around 12:45–1:45 PM to pick up an order. There were two staff members — one female and one male. The male staff member was extremely slow and seemed completely uninterested in helping. It honestly felt like he was frustrated with the management and trying to make customers feel the same way.
I told him 4–5 times about my order, but he kept ignoring me while the female staff member did all the work alone. If he had helped, my food would’ve been ready in 15 minutes instead of the 55 minutes it actually took.
Really disappointing service, especially when you’re just picking up an order. The only good part — the food itself was amazing, but the customer service really ruined the experience.

Absolutely love the sandwiches here. They are so healthy and so delicious. I have been going for a while and it’s always a great experience. Today we were served by Pinky and she was so friendly and welcoming. She made amazing sandwiches and had a great conversation with us while doing so. She was kind, professional, and made us want to come back. Her smile was also so beautiful. Thank you Pinky for the delicious sandwiches and for making our day!

It was nothing special, only special thing about it was the metal wire I spat out from my mouth after taking a second bite of sandwich. I almost swallowed it and now I’m not sure if there was already a piece of it that I swallowed…

As someone with a gluten allergy, I so appreciate the way this team handles their sandwiches. The staff were friendly, asked the right questions and made sure to clean the area before making put sandwiches. 2 of us were Celiacs, so it makes all the difference. ❤️

Came here about an hour ago, ordered The Boss (Large) Capicola, Salami, Pepperoni, Provolone, Lettuce, Tomato, Mayo, Italian Dressing
Was very good and filling, I substituted the tomatoes for banana peppers, added red onions and spinach. Instead of the dressing that it came with I got the garlic aioli and franks hot.
I also order the fuzzy peach smoothie! Also very delicious, will definitely come by and try more of the menu! Highly recommended! Was going to take a picture , unfortunately I was starving so I didn’t take one 😅
