Quick and efficient service. Well cooked sandwich laden with ingredients that appeared and tasted fresh. Very pleasant staff who were kind to repeat, at times, because of my ignorance of an accent. For the $, a much better and healthier product than available from nearby fast 'food' providers. I especially appreciate not being prompted to tip (though I likely will, next visit). Oh, and the extra pickled peppers on the side are most welcome (just be polite).

I came to the restaurant at 8:50am. Nobody was attending, after 5 minutes the lady that works came abd said it was closed. I told her the restaurant closes at 9 and eveything was off. If you hire someone make sure that person is actually working

This is a good location, and Quiznos subs are better than Subway. I used to come to this location often but have not been in a while. Tonight I was appalled when I was at the cash register and cockroach crawled out in front of me on the table. The lady ringing us out had nothing to say, she attempted to catch it but it dropped on the ground. I paid and left. I don’t want to eat my sub at this point. Service was better in the past. Not sure how to feel as I imagine other roaches on other parts of the table where food is prepared.

Today I purchased a mosquite chicken sandwich and was asked if I wanted bacon and onions so I said yes. The sandwich was made with the smallest specs not pieces that could not even be seen and there were no onions. When I called to complain, she argued back that there was bacon and onions to which I sent a picture. She circled the tiny specs of bacon and sent me the picture back. I have never had such bad customer experience. The specs of bacon resembled the size of black pepper and absolutely no onions. They are quick to over charge for a sandwich and not even give you what you ask for. Customers be aware! I will never buy from them again because they rip you off and then lie about it. I am so disappointed in the customer service and no resolution. The quality of sandwich has really gone down and be prepared to be ripped off by them cheaping out on toppings.

The lady who took my order, was coughing alot, of course she did not cough on the food, but I think when you're coughing alot, just wait and let someone else prepare rhe food, there was one more lady in the kitchen

I have order today 2 regular sandwiches today at about 6:30pm, I ask the order taker 2 time please add honey mustard sauce no bacon. Came home to enjoy my dinner and find no honey mustard sauce added and my sub is burnt, I call restaurant and told them the lady in restaurant who took my order told me honey mustard is not part of sandwich also she said I can give you sauce but can’t make me new sandwich. I been many years customer but this year every time there is problem.

I went to Quiznos Steveston Hwy and I was told they charge 65 cents per vegetable except for lettuce and tomatoes. I asked if I would get charged 65 cents for one pickle and she said yes. There is no signage indicating this and I asked if it was all Quiznos and she replied “yes” Something is weird here

I have come to this location a few times this year because I was in the area and it’s always bad. The woman, who I assume to be the manager, is always rude and condescending. She gives you attitude if you ask for more napkins, after she gives you one napkin for an entire sandwich. She doesnt wash her hands after playing on her phone and taking payment and goes right back into making sandwiches. She seems to hate her job and hate her customers. Never going there again and I would discourage anyone from going.
