Today I purchased a mosquite chicken sandwich and was asked if I wanted bacon and onions so I said yes. The sandwich was made with the smallest specs not pieces that could not even be seen and there were no onions. When I called to complain, she argued back that there was bacon and onions to which I sent a picture. She circled the tiny specs of bacon and sent me the picture back. I have never had such bad customer experience. The specs of bacon resembled the size of black pepper and absolutely no onions. They are quick to over charge for a sandwich and not even give you what you ask for. Customers be aware! I will never buy from them again because they rip you off and then lie about it. I am so disappointed in the customer service and no resolution. The quality of sandwich has really gone down and be prepared to be ripped off by them cheaping out on toppings.

The lady who took my order, was coughing alot, of course she did not cough on the food, but I think when you're coughing alot, just wait and let someone else prepare rhe food, there was one more lady in the kitchen
There's much better options in the same plaza

I have order today 2 regular sandwiches today at about 6:30pm, I ask the order taker 2 time please add honey mustard sauce no bacon. Came home to enjoy my dinner and find no honey mustard sauce added and my sub is burnt, I call restaurant and told them the lady in restaurant who took my order told me honey mustard is not part of sandwich also she said I can give you sauce but can’t make me new sandwich. I been many years customer but this year every time there is problem.

I went to Quiznos Steveston Hwy and I was told they charge 65 cents per vegetable except for lettuce and tomatoes. I asked if I would get charged 65 cents for one pickle and she said yes. There is no signage indicating this and I asked if it was all Quiznos and she replied “yes” Something is weird here

I have come to this location a few times this year because I was in the area and it’s always bad. The woman, who I assume to be the manager, is always rude and condescending. She gives you attitude if you ask for more napkins, after she gives you one napkin for an entire sandwich. She doesnt wash her hands after playing on her phone and taking payment and goes right back into making sandwiches. She seems to hate her job and hate her customers. Never going there again and I would discourage anyone from going.

Did Uber order, forgot my cookie, gave wrong chip bag flavor , also called ahead for bbq sauce on sandwich and non on there. What a terrible experience not to mention the sub is not 9inches look about 7inches or

I have visited this Quiznos at least a dozen times just in the last 2 years, so I think this review has a fair amount of data behind it. What I've discovered is it really depends on the worker you get and the time of day you go. Sometimes, you have the best sub ever - it's toasty, sauced appropriately, ingredients are fresh and generous. Other times, it's dry as the desert and ingredients essentially missing. Oh, also. Occasionally it's 730 pm, you're rearing to get a sub and they're already closed... which is really unfortunate.
Very delicious and fresh food. Customer service is also good. I advise all to go and have a food once.

Excellent food and ALWAYS friendly happy staff. I buy lunches, dinners and even had a meeting catered by this shop. I can’t say enough positive things about this business in Richmond BC near Steveston Hwy & #5 road!!!!❤️❤️❤️
Tried out the new seafood sandwich. Was okay, a bit salty but lobster and crab bits were quite big. Would give a better review but workers did not seem very nice, shouldn't you tell the customer what goes on the sandwich before putting the ingredients on? Or asking if they want anything on it? Also workers seemed too busy speaking amongst themselves in their own language, not really acknowledging the customers needs. Besides that overall sandwich was a good seafood sandwich and worth a try.
