The old man is scary lol. I’m a cbc and decided to use my canto to order because idk feel like he would be mad if I used English. I wouldn’t normally really care about this service as old Chinese men running these shops usually dgaf which is fine if the good is fire.
The waffle itself is pretty mid. So airy there’s nothing inside and the taste isn’t right. So far crystal mall has the best bubble egg waffle.

Rainbow Cafe in Parker Place food court is a fantastic spot for refreshing drinks! Their bubble tea is excellent, with perfectly chewy pearls and a rich, flavorful base. The pear juice is wonderfully fresh and sweet, a real treat. The chrysanthemum tea is soothing and fragrant, ideal for a relaxing break. These are the BEST egg puffs I've had not only in Canada, but also in the US. If you don't want to go to Hong Kong to get quality egg puffs, come here! I don't understand where the negative reviews are coming from. The egg puffs are delectable and the service is amazing! The prices are also very affordable at 4.50 for one batch. In the span of 24 hours I've gotten SEVEN batches of egg puffs!! That's how good they are. The best part about these egg puffs is how they're crispy on the outside but soft on the inside. It takes a lot of skill to do this and the owner does not disappoint. I highly recommend coming here for some great quality egg puffs.

This used to be my favorite place for bubble waffle BUT NOT ANY MORE. First they lied about waiting time, they told me the wait is about 3 mins, after I paid, they told me it will be 10 mins (no lineup). Second, they serve burn waffle because the machine is broken inside. When I asked to redo, they responded rudely for refund option only. They don't care about food safe, spend your money somewhere else.

Ordered egg waffles and was given clearly burned and old ones that have been sitting and soggy. I asked very politely if it was possible for me to get fresh ones since the ones sitting out were not only burned black, but also soggy.Was responded with extremely aggressive attitude from the old man who seems to hate his life and snaps at everyone he sees.I decided to let it go and take the burnt and soggy egg waffles anyways since it was only a few dollars.Guess what? I found out those egg waffles were pretty much an outer shell that were empty on the inside.What a terrible place.

I have not had their bubble waffle for at least 5 years so I don't know how they taste now. Used to be good so I gave 3 for the food. But their service is terrible and they simply do not care. We were in line to order and we saw the guy making the bubble waffle rush back from the kitchen and made a face when he opened the grill. It was burnt but he just placed it on the rack anyway. When it was our turn, the cashier lady tried to give us that piece so my husband asked if we can get a fresh one. The lady became visibly annoyed and asked us why we don't want that piece so we said it is burnt. She took the number tag back and refused to sell us any. Since they're the only vendor selling bubble waffle in the mall, I believe they will get good business regardless of their attitude. Too bad they will not held accountable for their rude attitude.

Old man has a very bad temper, mother wanted to order bubble waffle and simply asked if it was a fresh made one and he went crazy and snapped at her. She did nothing to deserve that kind of attitude. Worst place ever.
Tried to order a red plum bubble tea and the guy said it was for ladies and convinced me to get a mango one. Delicious

Best bubble waffle ever!!! 最好食嘅雞蛋仔!!! Everyone should give this place a try, way better than any franchise bubble waffle shops, can never get back to those. Bubble waffle in Hong Kong can’t even beat this place :) Expect to wait 8 minutes for the freshly made dessert, totally worth it!
